Before launching the new type of Advertising agency in January of this year, Rani led award winning work at some of the best creative agencies in London. She won the #futureisfemale award for Advertising Week Europe in 2021 and is now sitting on the judge's panel ensuring the next generation of female creatives are empowered and heard.
