Summary:
TPA analyzes the situation in Atlanta involving Rayshard Brooks, a 27-year-old African American man, who was fatally shot dead by an Atlanta Police Department officer in June 2020. He was questioned by the police because he was sleeping in his car, and then he failed a breathalyzer text, managed to grab the taser of the officer handcuffing him, fired it at him, attempted to run, and was shot in the back.
So, the incident starts with Brooks being confronted with the police officer for sleeping in his car and ends with him being shot. TPA contends that the penalty for sleeping one’s car should never be death and the penalty is not commensurate with the crime. Perhaps this a fault of the police training.

It also talks about the reason that the U.S. was the first to embrace Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations, free market capitalism and consequently the first nation to rapidly increase its wealth and reduce it?s poverty.

And what is cooperation? Cooperation is the knowledge that if the life entity combines its effort with others that have the same priority an efficiency of production will occur. Plus the consummation of this cooperative knowledge into a reward of achieving the manufacturing or producing a good or service is cooperation. On November 21, 2017 the New York Times published an article in OpEd section of the paper and entitled “Charles Manson Was Not a Product of the Counterculture.” For a conservative such as myself, this article is egregiously specious and viciously spurious. The objective is obvious: The author, Woods, believes that there is some sort of relationship between the conservative right and Charles Manson. No More” which claimed that North Korea tries to hack to steal information & technology for punitive and military purposes on a regular basis … and The NY Times reports, it’s getting good at it. Well this caused us to remember that the Soviet Union also tried very hard on stealing technology from the U.S. and the West. Then it comes to mind that present day China also participates in this activity rigorously.
It would appear that we could conclude that totalitarian governments in general have a proclivity to steal knowledge and particularly high technology. Why would this be so?

President Trump pointed out that Democracy and individual rights are facets of the superiority of the culture of the West. The West became great “because people are allowed to chase their dreams and pursue their destinies.” Secondly, President Trump emphasized the value of freedom.

This week’s events of the terrorism in England remind us of the problem of inviting diversity through immigration into our respective countries We have often heard representatives of the left, such as former President Obama, declare that diversity is good for America and diversity is “who we are”. And they further state that America was built on immigration. Well, as societies evolve, they produce more and better and greater products that become more sophisticated. As the sophistication of the products improves, the preponderant ingredient of these products is knowledge. We can say unequivocally that as a society progresses, the knowledge needed to produce the greater sophistication in the products becomes greater and greater. Thus, we can conclude that when we look extraterritoriality for diversity, we should look for the diversity of greater knowledge which would accrue to our goodness.
Ergo, when we look at immigration to increase our diversity, we should look to those people with greater knowledge. This would bring to our society greater diversity, and indeed, it would be a great thing: it would bring an increase of the accumulation of knowledge into our society and would diversify the accumulated knowledge.
