After a two-month hiatus I'm back.  I found myself distracting myself instead of dealing with issues. After having some time for myself and reflecting I  found the importance of giving the Mind respite from all the distractions.

I finished a book about stoicism. I kept hearing about it so I decided to learn about it- and I think it is in alignment to be used for spiritual people. In fact it can be a great philosophy to adopt to have peace of mind. Enjoy!

Hello, wonderful people.  I want to talk about meta love some of you may be familiar with a Metta meditation. I've done it a few times and it's about blessing people that you know, your friends or acquaintances yourself and the world with love let alone. It's a great meditation. I really enjoyed doing it. I'm doing some different meditations, but I felt inspired to talk about it because when I feel low and to be honest, I've been feeling a little low than today. I just have to remind myself that we are all connected,and we're all connected to something bigger than ourselves. The Secret of living is giving right?So I wanted to share this lesson a nice reminder because it's so easy to forget.

You can only be happy serving one master. 

So on Easter break I felt a bit sick. Sickness is a denial of the truth- so I sat with myself and asked for guidance. I spent about 90 minutes talking to the higher power asking questions and writing down downloads what I got. Listen to find out what I learned! 

I've had trouble disciplining myself.  However I have had recent success of breaking bad habits and creating good ones. Doing this has reminded me how important discipline is- but to also put bliss in what I do by rewarding myself for doing the tough things. 

Today was kind of a rough day- started slow and lethargic. My unwillingness to read to course and procrastinate made me feel lethargic and lazy. Fortunately, I read chapter 5 on practicing Infinite love and patience. Healing is now. There is no guilt. I hope this uplifts you! 

Sometimes we feel alone in the world. I want you to know that is never the case. We have the support of the non-physical guides, our subconscious mind and the forces of the universe. 

What you focus on grows. I talk about the importance of focus and how it can affect your spirit.

On the spiritual path- we come across a dilemma- is it spiritual to eat meat? I do not pass judgement- I tell my story of my transition from huge meat eater to being vegan.

Today I had a nice chat with my twin brother- Michael. I felt guided to talk about how we think we want all these things; money, relationships, etc- but all we really want and need is the love of God.

I felt inspired to make a podcast for those who need a spiritual pick me up! We all get down sometimes- just remember the sun shines even in the darkness!

Last night I was restless and couldn't fall asleep because of my fear thoughts. I called upon God's help and was lifted from my despair.  I was told to trust in God- and to be vigilant of my mind wandering.

I share an unedited story of how using the power of intention and of course some study power- got me out of a dire situation.
