Currently a Tutorial Fellow in the Department of Plant, Animal and FoodSciences in the School of Agricultural and Food Sciences at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology in Kenya. Collectively possesses five years of experience in teaching, research and community support. He is also a PhD candidate interested in researching novel and under-utilized food resources for adoption towards food security and sustainable rural livelihoods in Kenya. Last but not least, he holds a BSc in Food Security along with a MSc in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture.

As an expert and advocate for forestry conservation and indigenous livelihoods he's founder of MELCA based in Ethiopia, an indigenous NGO active in agro-ecological issues, intergenerational learning, advocacy and livelihood improvement of local and indigenous peoples. He won the National Green Hero Award for both Ethiopia and Addis Ababa, the capital city, in 2008. He was also a nominee for the International Forest Hero Award in 2011. Guest Biography Agripreneur serving as the CEO of Farm Republic, an Agribusiness startup based in Lagos, established in 2018 with the aim of creating market solutions for farmers, using technology. With years of progressive experience in the Agribusiness industry, Oyindamola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science and Management from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta along with a Masters in Business Administration. She’s worked with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Youth in Agribusiness Office as team lead where she coordinated all activities; from production, to processing to capacity building. Asides leading the team, she served in the Value Addition Unit where agro-products were developed on a commercial scale. She also represented the group in several conferences as a speaker, panelist and participant in Nigeria and beyond its shores.    Links

    From Benin Republic Fréjus holds a Master of Science in Animal Production and Management from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Has five (05) years of experience as consultant in Animal Production and Climate Change and work with international and governmental organizations to strengthen livestock systems resilience in the context of climate change in Benin Republic. 

    Founder and CEO of "Centre de Promotion Agricole et d'Etudes d'Adaptation de l'Elevage au Changement Climatique (CEPACC) Center for Agricultural Promotion and Livestock Adaptation Studies to Climate Change (CEPACC)", a company that promotes green solutions in agriculture, and the promoter of "Afro Green Business", a project that aims to promote investment in agribusiness in Africa and targets mainly the African Diaspora in all four corners of the world. Afro Green Business offers services ranging from land acquisition to climate-responsible agricultural enterprises. 

    Author of the technical manual "Guide de Gestion des Elevages Avicoles" Poultry Farm Management Guide which aims to strengthen poultry farmers capacities in technical and economic management through good and climate-responsible practices. Frejus has 6 years' experience in research-development as an associate researcher at the National University of Agriculture in Benin, where he’s participated in and published several scientific articles in Animal Sciences, the results of which are used to improve the living conditions of livestock and agro-pastoralists communities in Benin and West Africa in general.
