Another busy weekend on the circuit from ATL, LA, and Rabat. We saw Noah break the American Record, Simbine show why he's not just the fastest African but now has the world lead. Sydney showing out and dropping dimes, and Kyree King winning his home race. Plus, why it's hard to run in Rabat, and De Grasse coming up short.

Kung Fu Kenny put everyone on notice, and this Olympic season continues to entertain at the highest level. The Sprints are super competitive and right now it's wide open. Shoutout to Christopher Morales, he's deserving of the success and we salute him. Should Justin come out of retirement? Plus, would Andre De Grasse make the continental team for North America?

Live from the Bahamas we have Ferdinand Omanyala, the Kenyan Sprinter and African Record holder in the 100M. Quick to remind Justin that he was in the 9.77 race. We talk about how he pioneered sprinting in Kenya, the transition from rugby to sprinting. Looking up to Simbine, and now building the blueprint for future sprinters in the continent. Plus, his training regiment and why it's not the traditional way of training. Did you know he is a police officer? 

Changes in Track and Field are needed in our sport and its refreshing to see Gabby Thomas and Alexis Ohanian partnering to launch the 776 Invitational, a women’s-only tack meet. Michael Johnson secures $30M for new track league, Michael Johnson only wins Gold Medals at the Olympics and has been synonymous with the sport since the 80s. Michael Johnson can create transparency in our sport and lift our athletes up with this huge legacy play! For far too long our sport has lacked transparency and has had a stranglehold on progress, with agents and shoe companies hidden agendas. This past weekend we had a lot of track to follow from the Diamond League to Bermuda, we saw many former Olympians in action, but when it comes to the 100M, Christian Miller has the world lead with his 9.93. Next up, World Relays.

Outdoor season is heating up and it's still April, we told y'all people moving different this year with Paris. Christian Miller is officially on the RSG watch list, he's not even in college and he's running a legal 9.93! Botswana is coming for the world, the 4X400 Gold is in view and everyone should be on notice. Plus, the Olympic walk and Justin's partnership back in the day with Xtep!

Letsile Tebogo came out and set a World Best in the 300M, and this continues to be an athlete we are not surprised by. Letsile Tebogo is poised for a strong Olympic 200M showing, and could walk away with the gold. Justin just returned from US Indoor Championships where we witnessed Tia Jones tie the World Record, see Grant Holloway continue to dominate, and the big showdown between Christian Coleman and Noah Lyles, which saw Noaw victorious and take his first World Lead in the 60M. All eyes now look to the World Indoor Championships in Glasgow!

The schedule continues and we just wrapped up at the Millrose Track Meet where we saw Christian Coleman make his debut with a 6.51 in the 60M. Shoutout to Devynne Charlton, the first World Record holder for the Bahamas. It's hard not to look ahead to this weekend with US Indoors, and share our predictions for the huge showdown between the World Record holder Christian Coleman and Noah Lyles. Why its important to recognize our legends and the responsibility of our young athletes to push Track forward. Lastly, we pay homage to the great Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and of course story time with Justin Gatlin from the 2012 Olympic Games.

Today I’m joined by my guy Frank Reed! We talk about my college recruitment process because some of these schools went all out on my visits. What was the reason why I decided to go to Tennessee and what did coach Vince Anderson say to me? We then discuss my race mentality early in my career and when I first decided I was going to go pro. What was it like to get served a lifetime ban and how was I able to come back to the sport that I loved? After getting banned, it had felt like I had lost everything but track was that one thing that stopped me from spiraling out of control. I came back to the sport on a mission and never looked back.

This is a special one! I sit down with my mom and dad to talk about my career. Almost 20 years of racing around the world and they were there all the way. Hear my career from their perspective. Y’all know they laughed the first time I came home with a track jersey? Let’s really take it back to my early days from states championships in Pensacola to the college recruitment process. Hear how I chose the University of Tennessee after all the visits and countless letters from other schools. We also discuss when I got the letter in the mail saying I failed a drug test. What a crazy time of confusion for myself and the family. Listen in to some personal stories that nobody but my parents know.

Maybe the most consistent year of my career, 2015! Even when I was ranked #1 - when Bolt came around, you had to be on guard. Going back to Doha in 2015, where I ran away with 1st place and a 9.7. Coming off Doha, people were talking and I put everyone on notice. I was running 9.7s consistently, I was in such a rhythm. From my broken ankle to a strange 2016 Olympics at Rio, dealing with the Zika Virus, it wasn’t a typical Olympic experience. Finally, climbing the mountain one more time, and beating Bolt in his last race! Bringing back the Gold and sitting on top of the throne!

Day 1 in the courtroom, I relive the feelings, emotions, and what was about to be the uphill battle my family and I would face. I've never felt alone in my career, my parents are my rock, the toughest part was watching them deal with the stress. I had to endure an unorthodox system, I went through three lawyers and a million dollars to prove my case. I went from the “guy” to not wanting to be ME anymore. No matter how hard it got, my love for the sport never wavered. The driving force to compete and be free drove my desire to get back. 4 years later, I was REBORN!
