  • 4023 - From Washington: A Historic Conviction

On Thursday, Donald Trump became the first US president convicted of a felony crime. While Trump was found guilty of all 34 counts in the New York hush-money case, he says he is a 'very innocent man' and the 'real verdict' will come in November. But what will this week's historic verdict have on voters? Director of the FOX News Decision Desk Arnon Mishkin joined FOX News Radio's breaking news coverage on Thursday to break down how the historic verdict could shake up the presidential race.  Memorial Day marked the unofficial start of summer and with Presidential campaigns in full swing, the House of Representatives finds itself with little to do—except make headlines. Last month a heated exchange between Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA-14), Jasmine Crockett (TX-30), and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (NY-14) sparked quite a viral debate about the increasingly inappropriate conduct of our elected officials. FOX News Senior Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram shares his reporting from Capitol Hill. Former prosecutor and former Trump lawyer, James Trusty, joins the Rundown to explain the flashpoints of the case likely to resurface during the appeal. An increasing number of American allies are calling for restrictions on how Ukraine uses its weapons to fight against Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has requested that assets supplied by the United States be used to strike Russian military targets inside its borders. However, the Biden administration prohibits this out of fear that it could inadvertently widen the conflict. FOX News foreign correspondent Alex Hogan joins to discuss why the U.S. is not likely to lift the restrictions and where Western allies' support for Ukraine stands now.
