It might be you, or it might be down to external factors such as brand boycotts, rebranding, budget cuts, or a whole myriad of other reasons.

Knowing how much to charge for each project can be a minefield, especially if you’re just starting out. The temptation to undercut or offer ‘beginner’ rates comes with consequences, so it’s important to educate yourself, clients and other VOs on the implications of usage and how it affects the fees we charge for Voiceover.
