Dogman Encounters Radio

Tonight's guest was featured on Episode 401, and on that show, he told us about his first Dogman encounter. As fate would have it, however, two years ago, around 9 PM, he had another encounter. That night, he was at home with his wife when she notified him that the motion lights in their backyard had just come on. Thinking it was just a fox that he’d seen earlier, he got up, grabbed a flashlight and a bb gun, and proceeded to head out their backdoor. What happened next changed the way he sees the world. You see, while he was scanning the area around his backyard, he saw that the fox he’d seen earlier was running from a pack of coyotes. The fox was able to elude the coyotes, and after it had eluded them, the coyotes turned their attention on tonight’s guest. Not long after that, something that, clearly, wasn’t coyote made its presence known. Coyotes don’t get nearly that big and they don’t look like monsters, the way this thing did. Tonight’s guest had his encounter while serving in the U.S. Army. When his encounter occurred, he was stationed at Fort Polk, in Louisiana. He was participating in a joint readiness training command exercise, on a dark, stormy, night when his encounter happened. He wasn’t alone at the time. He had a lieutenant and two sergeants with him. As you’ll hear, if you listen to tonight’s show, the fact he wasn’t alone didn’t bring him any comfort, due to the nature of his encounter. If you listen to tonight’s show, you’ll understand why.

In the summer of 2008, tonight’s guest, Dan Mckeever, had a very traumatic Dogman encounter while he was attending summer camp near Quincy, California. His encounter happened around 11 PM while he was walking to the camp’s latrine, down a long, unlit, trail that led through the woods. The walk from Dan’s cabin to the latrine was over a mile walk down that dark trail. He wasn’t enthused about doing it, but the counselors assured him that he’d be fine, as long as he didn’t go off the trail. Two unfortunate things happened to him that night, while he was heading to the latrine down that trail. The first thing that happened to him frightened him. What happened next terrified him! In the Fall of 2010, tonight’s guest, Nicole, had a Dogman encounter that showed what could be considered to be a different side to some Dogmen. Instead of displaying behavior that’s commensurate with the behavior almost all other Dogman eyewitnesses report witnessing, the behavior she experienced was quite a bit different. The Dogman she encountered displayed what could almost be considered to be altruistic behavior. An argument could be made that it cared about her wellbeing. Tonight’s guest, Tiffany, was featured on Episode 535, and on that show, she talked about the Dogman experiences she’d had on her Pennsylvania dream property. After that episode aired, she and her daughter had some frightening new experiences. Unfortunately, her daughter watched a Dogman kill a young German Shepherd, just feet away from her, that Tiffany had recently adopted. That’s not the only frightening experience her daughter has had, however. Tiffany had an extremely scary encounter also after that show aired. She watched two huge Dogmen fight one day in her woods, just feet from her. A big black Dogman was fighting a brown one that was trying to sneak up on Tiffany. In Episode 528, tonight’s guest, Cam, talked about an extremely traumatic Dogman encounter he and his best friend had while coyote hunting on his grandfather’s farm. That night, Cam’s heroic American Bulldog, Dallas, saved his life. Unfortunately, Dallas died in the process. Recently, Cam contacted me to let me know he’d had another encounter with that Dogman. That most recent encounter didn’t go very well either. It turned out to be almost as bad of an encounter as Cam’s first one was. Tonight’s guest has always been afraid of Werewolves. For as long as she can remember, the thought of actually having an encounter with one has been one of the most frightening things she could think of. Well, in 1985, that nightmare became a reality for her. You see, she didn’t encounter a Werewolf that night, but she did have an experience with something that looked just like one, a Dogman. Making matters worse, that isn’t the only Dogman encounter she’s had. She’s had more since then. Tonight’s guest for tonight’s special livestream episode, Kim, was featured on Episodes 399 and 488. She told us about her experiences with a Dogwoman she affectionately calls Ember on those shows. Well, recently, Kim was driving home from her mother’s house when she got a flat. Unfortunately, it was a pretty remote area where her tire went flat. Adding to her frustration, about her tire going flat was the fact it happened in a place like that where she was all alone. That wasn’t the case, however. As she would soon find out, she wasn’t alone. Ember was about to pay her another visit, and when she did make her presence known, Kim was blown away by something she noticed about Ember. Tonight’s guest had his Dogman encounter under some pretty extreme circumstances. He had his encounter just after midnight, in September 2018, during a hurricane. Making matters worse, the Dogman he encountered came after him. When I spoke with him, about his encounter, I could tell that he was shaken by the elements of his encounter that normally rattle almost all eyewitnesses. What truly traumatized him, though, in my opinion, was the fact that the Dogman didn’t stand and watch him run as fast as he could, in an attempt to get away from it. As he was running away from it, as hard and fast as he could, he could hear that it was coming after him! Tonight’s guest has had two Dogman encounters. His first encounter happened when he was very young, and his second encounter occurred about 9 years ago. Due to him being an adult when his second encounter occurred, and the fact it happened so recently, the details from his most recent encounter are much clearer, in his mind. That encounter occurred while he was cabin-sitting, for his mother. You see, his mother and stepfather had gone out of town and his mother asked him if he’d be willing to stay at their cabin, while they were gone, to keep an eye on it for them. He had done that for her before and was happy to oblige. So, as promised, he, his girlfriend, and their small dog, Rascal, went to stay at the cabin, for a few days. In the past, when the 3 of them had stayed there, it had been a relaxing time for them. This time, however, would be different. Much different!

When you’ve had a Dogman encounter or encounters, it’s stressful enough. Imagine how much more stressful it would be for you if that Dogman you encountered or the Dogmen you encountered, seemed to know when you’ve told others about them. This is part 2 of a 2-part show.

Thursday, August 22nd, marks the 10th anniversary of Dogman Encounters Radio. It’s so hard for me to believe that it’s been 10 years since I aired the show's first episode. Thank you, so much, for supporting the show and making this possible! After reaching such a milestone, I think a bonus show is in order. There are quite a few eyewitnesses I could have invited for this special show, but tonight’s guest, Cody, is the perfect candidate, in my opinion. I wanted to bring on an eyewitness who has had encounters that were a little different than most of the encounters you’ve heard on the show, over the years. The encounters Cody has had fit the bill. You see, when Cody was 10, he had an encounter with a Dogwoman he calls Sasha. That encounter was just the first of a series of encounters he's had, with “Sasha” that have continued to happen to the present day, 25 years later. Most of Cody’s encounters with Sasha have unnerved him, but they didn’t terrify him. One encounter he had with her DID terrify him, however. That encounter happened one night when Sasha decided to come into Cody’s house. The first indication Cody had that she was coming in was when he looked at his backdoor and saw it was open. Then, he saw that a clawed hand was wrapped around the doorframe!

This is part 1 of a 2-part show.

Thursday, August 22nd, marks the 10th anniversary of Dogman Encounters Radio. It’s so hard for me to believe that it’s been 10 years since I aired the show's first episode. Thank you, so much, for supporting the show and making this possible! After reaching such a milestone, I think a bonus show is in order. There are quite a few eyewitnesses I could have invited for this special show, but tonight’s guest, Cody, is the perfect candidate, in my opinion. I wanted to bring on an eyewitness who has had encounters that were a little different than most of the encounters you’ve heard on the show, over the years. The encounters Cody has had fit the bill. You see, when Cody was 10, he had an encounter with a Dogwoman he calls Sasha. That encounter was just the first of a series of encounters he's had, with “Sasha” that have continued to happen to the present day, 25 years later. Most of Cody’s encounters with Sasha have unnerved him, but they didn’t terrify him. One encounter he had with her DID terrify him, however. That encounter happened one night when Sasha decided to come into Cody’s house. The first indication Cody had that she was coming in was when he looked at his backdoor and saw it was open. Then, he saw that a clawed hand was wrapped around the doorframe!

Tonight’s guests are brothers who wish to keep their identities hidden, so they went by the names “Carl” and “Billy” on tonight’s show. When Carl and Billy were kids, they loved nothing more than spending time in the woods. In fact, when they used to go to their grandparent’s home, they’d spend the whole day roaming around their grandparent’s property, seeing what they could get into. You see, their grandparent’s property was like a private playground for them. They loved spending time there. One evening, however, when they were kids, the property lost its allure. That evening, around dusk, their mother had sent them out, to let their father know that dinner was ready. Their father was working on a car, on the back part of the property, with Carl and Billy’s grandfather, at the time. So, “Carl” and “Billy” started walking back to where their father was, to let him know that dinner was ready. While the boys were walking back there, Carl noticed that Billy had stopped, suddenly, and was frozen in place. Wondering what had frightened Billy so badly, Carl stopped and looked to try and see what had frightened Billy so much. Upon doing that, Carl saw what he initially thought was a big dog, crouched down, about 10 feet away. As the boys were standing there, staring at it, the “dog” began to rise to a standing posture, on its back legs. It rose and rose until it finally stood, towering over the boys, at a height of 8 to 9 feet…

In the North Burnett Region of Queensland, Australia, there’s a water hole that has an ominous reputation. Locals call it the “Bunyip Hole.” During daylight hours, it’s not unusual to find people there, in and around the water hole. When dusk approaches, however, everyone leaves. When cattle drovers have tried to drive cattle to the water hole, so they could drink, the cattle would refuse to go anywhere near it, no matter how hard they were driven. The cattle would spilt up and go around either side of the water hole, keeping distance between it and themselves. It seems strange that cattle would be so afraid of a water hole and even stranger that locals would refuse to go anywhere near it, when it’s dark or close to dark. There’s a reason for the fear locals and the cattle have of the hole, though. The fear the locals have stems from a monster that’s said to come out, at night, around the water hole. Eyewitnesses who have been unfortunate enough to have an encounter with the creature describe it as having the ability to walk on two legs. They also say it’s very big and has canid features. The creature has a name locals have given it. They call it the Bunyip. Well, when tonight’s guest, Sam, was in his teens, he and several of his friends decided that they would throw caution to the wind and go camp at the Bunyip Hole, one night. That was a decision they would come to strongly regret. What happened to them that night is a perfect example of the fact that, most times, where there’s smoke, there’s fire!

Tonight’s guest, Cam, has always loved Werewolves. Growing up, he loved watching any movie he could find that had a Werewolf in it. It’s all make-believe, so there’s nothing real about it, right? Fast forward to present day. Cam is now a 31 year old man who now knows that, sometimes, the line between make-believe and reality can get pretty blurry. That’s because of a horrific experience he had, late one night, last December. You see, that was the night when his heroic, 136 pound, American Bulldog (named Dallas) saved his life. If Dallas wouldn’t have been with Cam that night, there’s a strong possibility Cam wouldn’t have survived the Dogman attacked he experienced that night. While it’s true that Cam survived the experience, Dallas paid the ultimate price for protecting his daddy, unfortunately. A bigger hero, you won’t find than Dallas!

Vancouver Island is 283 miles long and is located in the northeastern section of the Pacific Ocean. It is the world’s 43rd-largest island, by area, and is a Canadian province of British Columbia. When most people think about Vancouver Island, they think about the picturesque landscapes and the thick forests that are widespread on the island. The island has a secret, though. It’s a secret that tonight’s guest came face to face with, in the winter of 2006, while she was walking home, one night. She’s had encounters with almost all of the animals that are known to live on the island, but what she encountered that night was something she hopes to never see again. She saw, with her own eyes, that Dogmen DO live on Vancouver Island. On a stormy night, when tonight’s guest was 17, she had her first Dogman encounter. The encounter she had was very traumatic, but not nearly as traumatic as the last encounter she had was. You see, when she had her last encounter, she and her boyfriend were huddled in his bathroom, listening to the huge Dogman she had already had several encounters with ripping its way through the back wall of his house, trying to get to them. It was an experience that traumatized tonight’s guest, Jo, so much, she’s been suffering from Dogman-related night terrors to present day. Since I aired the first episode of Dogman Encounters, I’ve had several special guests on the show. Some have been more popular than others, for various reasons. Tonight’s guest, however, ranks at the top of the list for guests who have come on the show, to share third-party eyewitness encounters. Tonight's guest, Christina, was at her parent’s house, in rural North Carolina, when she had her encounter. She isn’t the only family member who has seen a Dogman there, however. Her dad had a sighting of his own too. One of the ironic things about her encounter is the fact that some of her friends had warned her to stay wary, as long as she was in the area. That’s because of something dangerous being in the area. What they told her to watch out for wasn’t a Dogman, but the Dogman she saw was most likely what they were warning her about. In October of 2017, tonight’s guest, Ethan, decided to check out a place, in the woods near where he lived, that locals claimed was haunted. He didn’t go there alone. He had a friend with him. It was a fairly calm night but there wasn’t much of a moon out. That made it pretty dark in the woods. Even though Ethan was only 17, at the time, he still had more than enough experience in the woods to have a good idea what kinds of animals he might see that night and what kinds he wasn’t likely to see. That brought him a certain level of comfort. That comfort was shattered, however, when a deep growl broke the silence. The sound of that growl shook Ethan to his core. Seconds later, a dark figure stepped into view, on all fours, and then rose to its full, 7-foot height, on its back legs. Then, Ethan did something he wishes he never would have done…

Tonight's guest, Lisa, has been researching Sasquatch for 23 years now. While researching her favorite cryptid, she's spent untold hours in some of the most remote forests in the Lower 48. Sure. She had heard people talk about Dogmen, but she didn't believe, for a second, that they were actually out there. She figured they were just figments of so-called eyewitnesses' imaginations. She and some of the other researchers she knows have even made fun of a woman she knows, after that woman tried to tell them about a Dogman encounter she'd had. Well, less than a week ago, the topic of Dogmen lost all of its humor to Lisa and 3 other Sasquatch researchers, late one night. That was the night the 4 of them had a Dogman encounter of their own.

Tonight’s guest wishes to remain anonymous, so I just called her “Dixie” in tonight’s show. Dixie knows more about wolves than most people. She used to raise wolves, in Northern Minnesota, so it’s safe to say that she knows a thing or two about them. One night, at the beginning of August, in 1995, Dixie was driving home down Highway 23, with her two youngest children. It was about 10:30 PM and they were heading home, through a remote area, after visiting Dixie’s mother. It was a very dark night, due to there being no moon out. Suddenly, something caught her eye off to the right side of the road…

Tonight's guest, Bret, had a Dogman encounter, at a rest stop, near the Nevada/California border that was so extreme, you could almost make a movie about it. The encounter happened on September 28th, 2016, and what made the encounter so much more traumatic for Bret was the fact his dog, Murphy, was with him, at the time. Murphy wound up playing as big of a role in the encounter as Bret did, if not a bigger part. If not for a group of altruistic bystanders, Bret might not be here today. Thank goodness, he is!

After arriving there, his dad had an experience to share with Keith that had a profound effect on how he viewed the world around him. Tonight’s guest, Kai, was featured on Episode 381. On that show, she told us about the first Dogman encounter she had and several other Dogman-related experiences she’s had, over the years. Since that show aired, she’s had new experiences and that’s what she’s come back to talk about, on tonight’s show. You see, not far from her home, there’s a lake called Pearl Lake, where strange things have happened and continue to happen. Pearl Lake and the surrounding area are beautiful, but there are things about the lake that just don’t feel right. Vagrants who stay close to the lake never do so in small numbers. They never camp there alone or if there are only a few of them. Also, there aren’t any game trails leading to the water’s edge. That calls to question why animals, in the area, don’t frequent the area around it. Whenever you go there, it always feels like you’re being watched. In fact, the area around the lake is so creepy, Kai’s dad refuses to camp there. Unfortunately, Kai and her husband, Will, found out what the secret is, on a camping trip they went on by the lake. We hope you’ll listen to her talk about what happened that night, as well as share other experiences she’s had since Episode 381 aired.

Tonight’s guest, Adolf Santistevan (he goes by the nickname A.D.), used to love to go camping, hiking, and spending time in the mountains. After having the experiences he’s had, however, he no longer enjoys doing those things. If you listen to tonight’s show, you’ll understand why he’s lost interest in doing those things. A.D. has camped in some very remote places, but now he insists on being home before nightfall. One of the reasons why he can’t do a lot of the things he used to love doing is an experience he had while he was looking for Sasquatch prints, at a place near Pine Flat Dam, in Fresno County, California. He had gone there, that day, with a Sasquatch researcher, named Allen Thomas. After arriving at there, A.D. Told Allen that he was going to check out a place, next to The King’s River, where there was a dirt road. Knowing the dirt road would be a great place to look for prints, A.D. was excited about what he might find when he got to it. Sometimes, there’s a price to be paid for not watching where you’re going, in the wilderness. You never know what you might walk up on, if you’re not careful. That was a hard lesson A.D. learned that day.

In 2017, tonight’s guest, Javier, and two of his friends, heard about a family of Sasquatch that had been seen around Avocado Lake, which is about 15 minutes north of where they live, in the Central Valley of California. Tonight’s guest, Liz, has had a phobia of Werewolves since she was 5 or 6 years old. You see, when she was around that age, her brother would play cruel jokes on her that caused her to be terrified of Werewolves. It’s a fear Liz carries with her to this day. Of course, when you fear something that really exists, it’s understandable to most people. When you fear something, like Werewolves, that aren’t supposed to exist, however, most people find that fear to be pretty ridiculous. After all, everyone knows that Werewolves don’t exist, right? Well, what do you do when you’re terrified of Werewolves and find yourself just feet from what looks just like one, on a remote country road? Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened to Liz. For some time now, I’ve noticed a pattern. People who’ve had near death experiences seem to be more likely to have Dogman encounters than people who haven’t had an NDE. What’s behind that, I don’t know, but there definitely seems to be something to that. Tonight’s guest, Chadwick Cooke, suffered a bad fall and, consequently, wound up having an NDE, on Superbowl weekend, of 2014. Was the NDE he had responsible, in some way, for the Dogman encounter he wound up having? There’s no way to know, definitively. All we can do is guess. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him chronicle, not only, his Dogman encounter but his NDE as well.

If you think countries like Portugal and other countries in Southwestern Europe are Dogman free, you should listen to tonight’s show. You see, with over 30 nights spent camping out, in the wild places of Portugal, “David” used to think there were no large predators to be found in his country. Late one night, however, in the middle of nowhere, he learned otherwise. You see, late one night, when he was in college, he left a concert and got lost way out in the countryside. He thought he’d be able to navigate his way home from the concert, but he took a wrong turn and wound up walking miles out into the countryside. Finally, after walking for hours, he finally admitted to himself that he was lost. He was lost and alone. About then, he caught movement, in a nearby tree line, out of the corner of his left eye…

Tonight’s guest, Mike Colontonio, is an Army veteran who, unfortunately, suffered PTSD while he was deployed in Afghanistan. After coming home, he tried various things to occupy his time, in hopes that would help him deal with the trauma of his deployment. Finally, he settled on spending time in the woods. At first, nothing unordinary happened on the almost daily trips he took into the forest. Then, after some time, he had his first Sasquatch encounter. Not long after that, he had another and then another. It would be a stretch to say that he formed a bond with the Sasquatch he had multiple encounters with but, at least, one of the Sasquatch he’d seen, several times, must have felt some sort of connection to Mike. That’s because that Sasquatch saved Mike from a Rake/Crawler that, seemingly, was planning to attack Mike. If you want to hear Mike share the details of what happened, the day that Sasquatch saved him from that Rake, he’s not only the guest on tonight’s episode of Dogman Encounters. After he had that terrifying Rake encounter, it took him some time to get his confidence back, but he eventually got it back. When he did, he took a trip to the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. And that’s where he had his first Dogman encounter. That’s right. I said first, because he’s had several encounters now. Some of them mortified him too!

If you know much about cryptids, you’ll know that some people seem to be magnets for them, for whatever reason. For better or worse, Mike definitely seems to fit into that category. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him talk about his Dogman encounters.

In late October of 2020, tonight’s guest, Will, went to his friend Brad’s house, about 6 miles from where Will lived. The two of them worked on motorcycles, talked about various things, and had a great time in the process. Around 11:30 that night, Will decided to head home, in his Fiat 500 Abarth. Being a nice night out, he decided to take the long way home, down some scenic country roads. While he was driving down Highway 11, his biggest concern was hitting a deer in the road. As fate would have it, he was about to have to contend with something much more worrisome than having a deer in his path, on the road. The moment he saw this huge creature, it focused its attention on him and charged!

Tonight’s guest, Dylan, is a cattle farmer who had his first Dogman encounter when he was only 9 years old. Luckily, that encounter wasn’t very traumatic, as far as Dogman encounters go. Since then, he’s had 3 more encounters. Each new encounter he’s had has been more intense and frightening than the one(s) he had prior. While it’s true that his third encounter was frightening, it doesn’t hold a candle to the living nightmare he and his friends were made to endure, deep in a Florida forest, late one night. That night, when he and his friends encountered a Dogman that was so big, it towered over a stop sign, things got so intense and frightening, one of his friends passed out from fright!

In early November, of 2019, tonight’s first guest, Brittany, had taken a couple of months off work, to plan a wedding recharge her batteries. She was staying with her aunt at the time, in Virginia. Her aunt lived in a very remote area, so it took a good amount of time to get to the grocery store. Brittany had gone to Kroger’s one night, which was roughly an hour trip, each way, and was heading back to her aunt’s house. Not long after turning off the main road and onto a seldom traveled country road, a pair of eyes caught her attention up ahead. To her surprise, she could tell that it couldn’t be a deer that was staring back at her. Deer wouldn’t have eyes that high off the ground. As she got closer, she could tell that the eyes were higher, off the ground, than a round bale of hay. They were higher than the roof of her truck! As she got closer, more and more details became visible and soon, she could tell that she was looking at something she’d never seen before.
In February of 2007, tonight’s second guest, Brandon, was sent home from work early by a manager who was standing in for his normal manager, due to his normal manager being out on vacation. A coworker was sent home early too and since they both lived close to each other, Brandon drove most of the way home behind that coworker. Brandon had been driving a fair distance behind the other man when all of a sudden, he saw him swerve off the road to avoid hitting something. Wondering what it was that had made his coworker swerve, like that, he continued to approach and soon noticed a large, black figure walking down the middle of the road, swaying as it walked. Little did he know, he was about to have an experience that was going to change the way he looks at everything.

Late one night, in the summer of 2018, tonight’s guest, Matt, was driving from Cushing, Oklahoma to the town of Bristow. He was driving his Dodge Challenger, delivering blood. He was driving through a very remote area, where the closest house was miles away. There was a partial moon out, that night, so he had a limited view of the countryside around him. Matt had been enjoying the ride, due to how peaceful the drive had been but that was about to change. You see, after rounding a curve in the road, he noticed a figure standing in a field, not too far from the road. At first, he thought it might have been a man but whatever it was, it was too tall to be a man. That made him start to wonder if it might have been a small tree. No. It wasn’t a tree either. Trees don’t do what that figure was about to do to Matt. Due to the encounter Matt had that night, he suffered from nightmares that just might have been more difficult for him to deal with than the encounter was, and it was a pretty intense one. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him talk us through what happened. Before that night, Matt didn't believe in the existence of Werewolves. He has a different view on that now.

Tonight’s guest, Kirk Reed, is an experienced Dogman investigator who is also the cohost of the Abnormal Investigations Podcast. Kirk has had encounters while he was investigating Dogman sightings and at times when they weren’t even on his mind. One of the most intense encounters he’s had happened while he was sitting in his Jeep Liberty. It was brand new, and he had just driven it to his friend’s house, to show it to him, when the encounter happened. The next thing Kirk knew, he was eye to eye with a Dogman that had jumped over his hood. It was standing less than 30 inches from him, staring at him, intently. That’s not the only intense Dogman encounter Kirk’s had. Two episodes ago, on Episode 467, Trevor shared the details of his first 4 Dogman encounters with us. By the time he’d finished telling us about his 4th encounter, however, we were already at the one hour mark, so I decided to stop the show there. On tonight’s show, he’s going to share the details of his 5th and most traumatic encounter with you. His 5th encounter was the time a Dogman had him cornered in a cave and came to within 5 feet of Trevor. Trevor still has a lot of trouble talking about his experiences. He’s getting better, but it’s going to be some time before he’s able to deal with his encounters in a healthy way. With that in mind, he deserves a lot of credit for sharing his encounters, like this, the way he is.

Due to how I’ve edited the show, to hide all but one of the breaks we had to take while recording the show, it seems like recording this show was easier for Trevor to do than it actually was. To illustrate my point, tonight’s guest, Simon, was featured on Episode 450 and on that show, he talked about the encounter he had in Judy Woods, in Woodside, West Yorkshire, England. The poor dog became frightened when a Dogman made its presence known and ran off, never to be seen again. The encounter they had was so terrifying, his girlfriend was committed to a mental institution, due to her inability to come to terms with what happened to the 3 of them that night. It’s been some time since I’ve spoken with an eyewitness who has been as traumatized by their encounter or encounters as tonight’s guest, Trevor, is. Due to how strongly affected he’s been, by his 5 Dogman encounters, understandably, recording tonight’s show was very difficult for him. In fact, we had to stop the recording process 5 times. On tonight’s show, Trevor is going to share the details of his first 4 encounters with you. When you hear what he’s been through, it should be evident why talking about those experiences is so difficult for him. It took a lot of courage for him to come on the show and do this and he deserves a lot of credit for doing it. He told me that his motivation for coming on the show was, he thought he might be able to help other Dogman eyewitnesses by sharing his encounters, like this. Before he could start sharing the details of his 5th and possibly most traumatic encounter, we hit the hour mark, so I decided to stop tonight’s show at that point. Tonight’s guest, Kaden Womack, is a 28 year old computer engineer who grew up in Juneau, Alaska. While he was living there, in his formative years, Kaden used to love doing all sorts of things in the great outdoors. Unfortunately, the great outdoors can be a very unforgiving place to be. At 3 AM, on March 1st, of 2021, tonight’s guest, Dave Weigert, was sitting in his cabin, listening to music. It was a very windy night, so he could hear things blowing around outside. Suddenly, he heard a loud banging sound. Thinking that one of his trash cans had blown over, he put on a headlamp, grabbed his coat, and went outside to investigate. After going outside, he walked down to the end of his driveway and saw that his suspicions were right. His trash can was laying on its side. Luckily, his trash hadn’t spilled out of it, so the situation wasn’t as bad as he thought it was going to be. As he was about to find out, however, the situation was much worse than he ever would have imagined! What happened next left him so terrified, he couldn’t move. All he could do was stand there, frozen in place. As you’ll hear, that wasn’t the first encounter Dave’s had with a Dogman, at his property. Now, he thinks about Dogmen on an almost constant basis. If you listen to him share the details of what happened that night, you’ll understand why he does.

Tonight’s guest, Dustyn, is a medium who used to be a werewolf fanatic; borderline obsessed. He use to love watching pretty much any movie with werewolves in it and liked collecting werewolf and wolf-related things. Last Tuesday night, however, his infatuation for them came to a crashing end. You see, Dustyn and his best friend, Seth, had driven to a cemetery, that’s close to Grassy Creek, West Virginia, where Seth’s father is buried, so Seth could put flowers on his father’s grave and spend time with him. It was around 9:30 PM, foggy, and there was only a quarter moon out, so it was very dark. The cemetery is in a fairly remote location, so Dustyn and Seth were all alone. At least, that’s what they thought, at first. After the events that unfolded that night, Dustyn doesn’t want to even think about werewolves now. If you listen to tonight’s show, you’ll understand why he doesn't.

On Sunday, May 17th, of 2009, tonight’s guest, Mike Edwards, left his home in Crowley, Louisiana, with his faithful companion, Hunterbone. Hunterbone was a German Shepherd Mike bought from a local pet store, for $20. Mike left his house that morning at 5:30, with Hunterbone in tow, so the two of them could head to a deserted location 3 miles out of town and do some hunting. They left the house before the sun came up, so it was still very early when they got to the place where Mike wanted to hunt. It was foggy that morning and still dark out. To get to the spot where Mike planned to hunt, they needed to walk across an old, abandoned, train bridge. Due to the bridge being abandoned, it was in a very bad state of disrepair. A lot of the ties were missing from the bridge, so they had to be very mindful of where they stepped. They had gone some distance, across the bridge, when all of a sudden Hunterbone stopped. Not knowing what had put Hunter on alert, like that, Mike started looking around. At first, he couldn’t figure out why Hunter was on edge, the way he was. Then, an 8-foot-tall, demonic-looking dog creature stepped out of the fog, just 20 feet from Mike and Hunter. It had glowing orange eyes and its teeth were bared…

There was a problem with Mike's audio, toward the end of recording tonight's show, that caused me to edit out the end of the interview. That's why you won't hear his closing comments, on tonight's show or the last 20 minutes of the interview we recorded. It's unfortunate, but it happens, sometimes.

When tonight’s guest, Eric Baird, was really young, he was playing in a back bedroom that had been converted into a playroom, at his grandmother’s house, when a Dogman paid him a visit. The experience caused him to have nightmares for years after that. Unfortunately, that wasn’t to be his last encounter with a Dogman. You see, Eric and his family lived right next to the Talladega National Forest, in Alabama. Being a kid who grew up in the country, when he wasn’t doing chores around his family’s property, his favorite pastime was spending time in the woods. A lot of good things can come from doing that, but a lot of bad things can also come from spending that much time in a huge forest, like that, where strange creatures lurk in the shadows. That’s a lesson Eric learned the hard way.

Tonight’s guest, Walter Ricci, is an avid fisherman. He loves nothing more than to head to a remote location, with his dog, where the fishing is good, and putting a line in the water. Well, on April 17th, of this year, Walter decided to try his luck at a very remote spot he’d never been to before. The place is called “9 Mile Cove” and it’s located on the shore of Lake Mohave, in Nevada. It’s such a remote spot, it’s a good hour, by car or truck, from the nearest town. After arriving there, Walter was surprised to see that he and his dog had company. At first the only unexpected company he had was the two women. Not long after that, he saw that another unexpected visitor showed up. It was a huge Dogman that was 5 to 6 feet tall, even though it wasn’t standing on its back feet!

Tonight’s guest, Gregory Keith Brooks, grew up running around in the woods, with his friends, by Nonconnah Creek, in Shelby County, Tennessee. He was a kid of the 70’s and 80’s. Back then, he loved nothing more than seeking out new adventures with his friends, Bear and John. One day, in 1985 or ’86, when Keith, Bear, and John were trying to figure out something fun to do, they decided to dig a cave. After looking around for a good place to dig one, they decided to dig into the side of a cliff and downward and started to make their cave. Every night, Keith and his friends would work on digging that cave. After digging for several nights, they had made a void big enough for all of them to fit in. They called it the genesis room. After completely digging out the genesis room, they decided to keep going and make another room. One night, while Keith and John were sitting outside of the mouth of the cave, next to a fire they had made, what had been a great experience, up until then, suddenly changed. All of a sudden, a bowling ball-sized boulder hit the cliff, above the mouth of their cave and then fell down right in front of the entrance to their cave. When that happened, Keith and John looked at the boulder and then, they shifted their attention to the direction it had been thrown from. To their horror, they suddenly came to the realization that a 7 ½ to 8-foot tall creature, that looked like a Werewolf, was standing just 10 feet away from them, staring at them. As if the situation Keith and John found themselves in wasn’t terrifying enough, what the creature did next took the terror they felt to a whole new level!

When tonight’s guest, Paul Chafin, was 15 years old, he went on a hunting trip in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky, in Pike County. He had decided to walk way back into an area of the mountains where he hadn’t gone, many times, that day. Feeling tired, Paul decided to sit down and lean up against a tree, so he could take a nap. Unfortunately, he overslept and by the time he woke up, nightfall wasn’t far off. Due to how long it had taken him to walk back to where he was, in the mountains, he panicked. He panicked because he knew he’d never be able to make it home before dark. He was even more concerned when, after walking a short distance, he saw that he wasn’t alone back there. He saw a Dogman that was walking a path that intersected the path he was on. The experience Paul had that day, with that Dogman, left him rattled but unharmed. It lit a spark in him, however, that lead him to make learning as much as he could, about Dogmen, a priority in his life. Since Paul came on Episode 354 and shared the details of that 1st encounter he had, he’s had several more experiences. On tonight’s show, he’s come back to share several of those new experiences with you. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him do that.

Tonight’s guest, Doctor Rainman, is a Tuscarora shaman who was born under the sign of the raven, people of the west wind. Doc has been in a few movies. One of the movies he’s in is “Tecumseh, The Last Warrior.” The experiences he had, making that film and others, cross his mind on a fairly regular basis. Obviously, that’s due to how profound those experiences were. Doc had another experience, though, in February of 2015, that was much more profound. That was the night he had his Dogman encounter. Tonight’s guest, “Mark,” grew up in the 70’s and 80’s, roaming the acreage on his grandparent’s farm. Their 667 acre farm was located in the foothills of the Ozark mountains. Back then, “Mark” loved nothing more than exploring the woods on their land, looking for his next adventure to pursue. It was a vast, wild, area and from time to time, “Mark” would hear strange, frightening, vocalizations that he couldn’t identify. As fate would have it, one night, around midnight, he was walking down a dirt road on the farm, with his brother and cousin, when all of a sudden, they saw a Dogman just feet away. Everything was fine and “Mark’ wasn’t afraid, until his cousin decided to pick up a rock and throw it at the Dogman. After his cousin did that, “Mark” was afraid!
