Walkers, walkers everwhere. Our crew is battling wave after wave of dead, and its taking a toll, both mentally and physically. According to Lydia its not Alpha, but while we're on the subject, Alpha isn't happy. Well, I feel we can at least say this show has been very consistent this season. Not many episodes have really stood out to be great... and this one had that same follow through. Our gang is continuing the trek to find a landing pad and hits a wall in the last episode. This forces them to reconnect with thier new arch nemisis, who comes with preserves. At least, at least if nothing else, they may be able to save Lucy, which they did not try before. We wont even mention what happens at the end, mainly b/c we're still trying ot figure it out. So, it was literally raining men. Great episode with introduction of a new threat just as the last is exposed as not quite so threatening. Well, we have to have an antagonist right? We had a great time discussing this one and we feel the story arc is really moving in a positve direction. The development of Sarah as a more rounded character by separating her from Wendell has been a real plus in the last few episodes. Maybe they can give some more depth to Wendell in the same way. This episode of The Walking Dead seves as closure to the horror that destroyed the promise of the fair and eventually brought down the Kingdom. We find what is left of the Kingdom moving on to regroup at Hilltop and Alexandria, but first they have to get there. With the possibilty of Whisperers still a threat, they fight a snow storm and emotional breakdown to get to thier destinations.  We had a great discussion on this one and really can't wait for next season. In the season 9 premier of The Walking Dead, we find ourselves in the rebuilding stage of world after Negan. 1 1/2 years later, we find a hurting Sanctuary, a conflicted Hill Top and an Alexandria and Kingdom that seem to really want old farm implements. Morgan found himself! The overarcing theme of Hope prevailed this episode, tying a nice neat bow on a season of heavy losses and soul searching. Here we are at the midseason finale of season 4 of #FearTWD and it's starting to feel like they don't want any of the original characters. Could this be true? I mean the end just because you get a gimple on your show, you wouldn't think you have to fumigate the whole cast. We lose Madison, for real, maybe, pretty sure, at least thats what social media says. So we really get to discuss if thats good or bad. I think we all had an inkling it was going to happen. This episode was greatly better then the last, with some large holes that Scot will fill in, but all in all a great resolution of the storyline and into the break. ¿Qué? Daniel is back and with one hell of a nasty leg. Even the walkers don't want it. In this episode we get the backstory on how Daniel made it out of the burning ranch last season and is saved by his guardian angel, Efrain. Great Episode of Fear the Walking Dead #FearTWD this last sunday...actually surprisingly great. This may be the first season where they are going to hit their stride and really make this show its own thing. We are very excited, except for the fact we have no Kim this episode. That isn't completely accurate, as she was able to send us her insight via dropbox that we share after the break. It's back and with a vengeance. What an intense couple of episodes to start out season 3 of Fear the Walking Dead. In the first episode we find the outcome of the firefight we were left with last season with all of our folks now being held in some sort of military base, completely helpless. Come to find, this isn't the military, nor a base, but the sick experiment of our new found friend Troy. He likes to make dead things. Once everyone is friends again, we take a little trip to Troy's ranch to meet his dad. This looks to be a not so safe place for our group. Oh and Travis fell out of a helicopter. So, with the hiatus on all the shows normally covered, Kim, Scot & Stew decided to do something a bit different. Each of us picked a horror movie that we would all watch and and discuss in this here podcast. Kim chose Train to Busan, a Korean film released last year about, hey guess what, a zombie apocalypse. Scot chose Quarantine, released in 2008 about a reporter shadowing firefighters and getting held in an apartment building by the CDC because of an outbreak. Finally Stewart chose Hostel, about 3 guys traveling to a Slovak city to meet women, but then they get kidnapped for an underground torture ring. How nice. We did have a lot of fun on this assignment and we hope you enjoy. 2 weeks until FearTWD is back, so hopefully everyone is getting excited. AMC has scheduled FearTWD and Preacher back to back when Preacher returns. We hope to cover both, so please join us for those. Okay... so that was unexpected. Now everyone can breathe. There were a lot of people on edge about the season finale, and rightly so. Lots of build up all season long to the coming war. All the way until, oh wait the Junkyard Dogs are on the Saviors side to. Well isn't that flipping great. Awesome episode with not as insane of a cliff hanger as last summer, but the war has begun. And thanks to a large tiger, our folks are still in it. Season 7 is over, but its good to see there is some exciting stuff to come next season.
