i-Cast by IEEE_TEMS IIM Indore Chapter is a student-led initiative wherein industry experts are interviewed on their journey to success by the IIM Indore students. This initiative aims to inspire students through inquisitive questions and engrossing answers given by their idols.  

In this episode, we interact with Saurabh Jain, founder of Fun2Do Labs (EdTech Startup) and a social initiative called StartupLearn.org. He is Ex-Vice President at Paytm. He headed the 'Paytm - Build for India' program and had an active role in startup products, developer relations, social impact / CSR within Paytm. Saurabh also managed the relationships with various industry bodies, including NASSCOM, CII, FICCI, PHDCCI, ASSOCHAM, TiE, etc.

In this episode, we interact with Manoj Motiani, a successful Professor at IIM Indore. With an MBA in Marketing from XIMB, Prof. Manoj Motiani went on to complete his Fellow Program in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. After completing his program he joined IIM Indore as an Assistant Professor in the year 2014 and is presently teaching Sales and Marketing mantras to the students there. With the majority of votes going his way, Prof. Manoj Motiani is the winner from IIM Indore in 2021, previously holding that title in 2019! In this episode, we interact with Puneet Gupta, the CEO of Clensta International. Clensta International is a biotechnology-based shareholding company with IIT-Delhi having its residency at the Biotechnology Business Incubation Facility at IIT-Delhi. The company envisions providing innovative and easy solutions for day-to-day health and hygiene-related problems while aiming to reduce the ever-increasing problem of water shortage. The company has already come out with a resource-friendly hygiene product line. These products are well on their way to be utilized in the defense and home healthcare sectors as well as various hospitals in and around the country. Clensta has already achieved milestones by saving nearly 6 million liters of water in a short span of time. It did so by introducing “Waterless Technology” based products.
