Finally! We make something other than chicken and carbs. This week join us as we make easy, healthy Instant Pot Mongolian Beef from WhatMollyMade! This was a good one guys. It was healthy and delicious. While it has a bit more cooking steps compared to what we have made in the past, it doesn't make it any less a good meal for those busy weeknights!

A HUGE thanks to Lisa for cooking with us and being a guest on our POT cast! She was so sweet, and she taught us some amazing tips for the Instant Pot! She is a fountain of knowledge! This week we made her Instant Pot Chicken Legs from Fresh or Frozen! We were pretty scared of chicken, but Lisa helped us overcome our fears with this amazing and delicious recipe!

We based our Chicken Legs in Soy Vay's Teriyaki Sauce and Gochujang Sauce!

After joking about it every episode, we finally did it--we used the egg function on the instant pot! Join us as we discuss IP basic meals, then hard boil some eggs for egg salad.
