Making disciples is about mentoring people into being followers of Jesus.

When our faith is tested and we face the fiery fire, Jesus Christ will always be there with us.

God loves us where we are; however He is going to change us to be like his Son, Jesus Christ. God promises to be with us to the end of time.

When we come face to face with Jesus, we begin our spiritual journey in the witness, truth and faith of Jesus Christ.

Did not our heart burn within us, while He talked with us by the way, and while He opened to us the scriptures?

God gives us three commands to get to the promised land: 1) Be strong and very courageous, 2) Do not be afraid or discouraged, and 3) Do not deviate from His instructions.

Our spiritual growth through the Holy Spirit involves a fully committed heart to our LORD, to others, and in our service to His church.

Stewardship is the lifestyle of an individual who has a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ, accepts His Lordship and walks in partnership with Him, while acting as His agent to complete His mission on earth.

You will see His face and have His character implanted in your mind... for we shall see Him as He is. (Revelation 22:4, 1 John 3:2)

As you establish the Word of God within your heart and abide in Jesus, then you become clean and are able to produce good fruit.

Let us serve God with a whole-hearted devotion, and serve with a willing and undivided heart.

Our purpose of coming to Jesus is to produce fruit.

God loves you for WHO you are, not for what you do.

In light of the LORD's sacrifice for us, let us love His Maranatha, announce His Maranatha, hasten His Maranatha, and await His Maranatha.

The Day of Atonement is pleading with us to accept the "not guilty" verdict that Jesus Christ, our High Priest, has obtained for us.

By faith today: We enter the Holy of Holies, we take refuge there, we look to Jesus to cover our sin, and we claim His promise of forgiveness and cleansing.

The Table of Showbread represents our daily communion and Bible study, the Altar of Incense represents our continuous prayers, and the Golden Lampstand represents our witnessing the gospel of Jesus Christ to others.

The offering on the altar of God transfers our sins to Jesus Christ, who is the perfect substitute to atone for our sins.

God's desire is to dwell with His people, and that they may know that He is the LORD their God.

By acknowledging our fear, renewing own mind, taking action, seeking support, empathizing with Jesus, and letting go and letting God, we can be people who face and conquer fear head-on.

To escape the three-wall prison of fear, righteousness and doubts, give everything to Jesus and follow Him.

To follow Jesus equals being His disciple, which means accepting Him as the Son of God. In everything we do, let's shine Jesus' light.

The heavens declare the works of the Lord... Let us keep our eyes on the North Star, who is Jesus our Lord and Savior.

Although we all have different struggles and temptations, wisdom comes when we take hold of God's instruction by internalizing His Word and making an effort to diligently seek His will.

Wisdom is a gift from God as we make our way through this journey of life; wisdom that works abides in an unwavering faith in Jesus.

Wisdom is the movement in the direction that one has in the presence of God; and folly is movement in the direction of self.

You need to know wisdom, you need to embody wisdom, you need to apply wisdom, and you need to use discretion and judgment in sharing wisdom.

Take up the whole armor of God: the belt of integrity; the breastplate of Jesus' righteousness; feet covered with the gospel of peace; the shield of faith; the helmet of salvation; and the sword of the Spirit.

Through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit and the desire to live as Jesus did, we can walk in love, wisdom and light.

The idea is to love those who don't deserve it or who irritate, disturb or embarrass us. This supernatural, Christlike behavior is only possible by the strengthening of our inner man by the Holy Spirit.

God desires to have you with Him and to bless you... and Jesus is the means through which these blessings come forth.

I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

God has a funny way of working through the insignificant to accomplish great things. David went out and killed the Philistine giant with the supernatural power of God.

Josiah began to seek God, then he began to purge Judah of all idols. And when he had purged the land and the temple, the high priest found the Book of the Law of the Lord given by Moses. Are there things we need to purge from our life or home?

When we trust in God, we forego our will, for faith without obedience is dead.

Just like Abel, Noah offers a pleasing sacrifice to God... And God re-establishes His covenant with Noah and his descendants.

Each person in the body of Christ has been given a spiritual gift to use for the common good of all.

"See! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me."

To discover our purpose, we need to have a close relationship with God, and be obedient to His word. Serving to serve, giving to give... not expecting anything in return.

Remember then what you have received and heard; keep it, and hold fast.

Only hold on to what you have until I come. The one who conquers and who keeps my works to the end: I will give him authority over the nations...

Be faithful... and I will give you the crown of life.

Remember your first love...

God is present in the darkness and He will bring His light and worth to your situation.

Nothing can separate me from the love of God (Romans 8:25). God is with me wherever I go (Matthew 6:34).

"...even the darkness will not be dark to you." (Ps. 139:12). God will use whatever it takes to bring you to a place of utter dependency on Him.

When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid. (1 Samuel 17:11)

Jesus calls us to end those things that keep us in sin... Although this will be different in each of our lives, the purpose will be the same... to become more like Jesus.

... As for me and my family, we will serve the LORD." (Joshua 24:15)

Faith is built on some solid evidence that you have experience with in the past.

"Therefore, I remind you to rekindle the gift of God that is in you..." (2 Timothy:1:6). God pours His love into us when we are willing to be empty to receive it.

The fruit of the Spirit leads us to use our gifts for God's service in our church and our community.

Believing in Jesus is not the same as knowing and following His plan for your life.

There are seven blessings in the book of Revelation, and the last blessing is that we get to walk through the heavenly gates to our forever home and eat from the tree of life.

After receiving his commission to return to Egypt to deliver the Israelites from slavery, during the journey back, Moses is threatened by the angel of the Lord. His wife realizes this is because of their uncircumcised son, and immediately performs the circumcision to spare her husband.

Three questions to ponder: 1) What is something important in your life that you have ignored for too long? 2) What does Easter mean to you traditionally and what would you like it to mean? 3) What does the promise of the resurrection morning mean to you?

What a powerful testimony to God's love! May we all become "Gladventist" for His name!

The peace of God comes upon us when we surrender our concerns to the Lord and let go of our need to control circumstances.

The one who proved to be a neighbor was the one who showed mercy on the beaten man. Jesus brings the message home to us by saying, "Go and do the same."

Would we be ready for a visit from Jesus today?

Some of us have grown up without a father. How do we relate to Our Heavenly Father if we haven't had an earthly one present in our lives?
