Long time MUFON board member Tom Whitmore had been a San Antonio Texas resident since 1984. Originally from Tulsa, Tom graduated with a degree in business administration from Portland State University and had a career in the financial industry since the 1970’s. Jon Taylor is an interdisciplinary scientist dedicated to the subject of anomalous phenomena related to cognition.

He was born in Wakefield, England, and graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Natural Sciences. He began his career in research and marketing within the field of scientific instruments. He then switched to consumer marketing and moved to Spain in 1976 to become International Marketing Director for wine producer Williams & Humbert Ltd., Jerez de la Frontera.

Later, he joined the oil industry, and after engagement on contracts in Britain, Italy and Spain, he was transferred to the Middle East, where he served as Materials & Purchasing Manager for the National Drilling Company, Abu Dhabi.

Taylor has always been intrigued by psychic phenomena, and when he returned to Spain in 1993, he started a full-time investigation of the physical and biological principles underlying precognition and intuition. His research continued for more than 25 years, during which he published in peer-reviewed academic journals and lectured to specialist audiences, as well as to the general public, in Britain and Europe.

Taylor presented his theory of ESP in a lecture at the 56th Annual Convention of the Parapsychological Association (PA), held in Rome, Italy, in August 2013, and he described the theory in a paper titled “The Nature of Precognition” published in the Journal of Parapsychology, March 2014.

He then applied his theory to explain intuition, and presented his research at the PA Convention in Paris, July 2019. He was also invited to participate in a workshop organized by the Institut Métapsychique International, in which 30 scientists from all over the world examined the theoretical aspects of psychic phenomena. The workshop was in celebration of the Centenary of the IMI. Taylor is a professional member of the PA, and member of several other organizations including the American Association for the Advancement of Science  and the Society for Scientific Exploration.

He graduated from the University of New Mexico in Civil engineering and worked as a licensed engineer for five years.  He then graduated from Southwestern Baptist Seminary with a Master of Theology degree and became a pastor.  This led him and his family to go to Austria with the Southern Baptists and begin thirty-five years as missionaries to Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.  During that time, he completed two earned Doctor’s degrees, one from The University of South Africa and one from Fuller Theological Seminary. Upon his retirement from the Mission Board, he was invited to serve as the Professor of Evangelism and Missions at Golden Gate Baptist Seminary in California.  After serving there for ten years, he retired for a second time, and  began working with Olivet University where he was also President for three years. During his ministry he has started nine churches in four countries, help start two Seminaries in Europe, and one International University. He has written seven books and served as the second vice president of the Southern Baptist Convention for one year.  At the present time he is the Chairman of the Global Strategy Forum.   He and his wife Sally live in the San Francisco area in California.

Since the birth of the Disclosure Movement in the latter stages of the 20th century and the early part of the 21st century – several key events, players and revelations have played a major role in ascribing a new linguistic meaning to the metaphor of ‘disclosure’.

The people and events responsible for putting in place this new vernacular have not only created a political and social Global Revolution but they have introduced to humanity different ways of knowing.

This global revolution is about a new ontology of who we are as a species and the exoconscious and visceral connection we have with the beings with whom we share the cosmos. Never before has humanity pondered such real possibilities – essentially because our current linguistic capacities have proven insufficient and even controlled by our political, educational, religious, and scientific institutions. The events and people of the Disclosure Movement have – either by design or sheer inadvertency – created a ‘language of a new reality.

We will examine how this ‘language of a new reality, one spoken so well by a new breed of researchers, authors, and truth seekers will soon be introduced to and embraced by humanity. The transition into and interpretation of this ‘language of a new reality which describes how and perhaps why we are being engaged by off-world civilizations is well into the process of drastically altering perceptions of what humanity may have been in the distant past. Stephen Sakellarios began studying Eastern mysticism--and with it, reincarnation--in 1973 when he was 19. Biography and Accomplishments

Stanton Friedman spent two years at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey before switching to the University of Chicago in 1953. He received BS and MS degrees in Physics from UC in 1955 and 1956, where Carl Sagan was a classmate. He worked for fourteen years as a nuclear physicist for such companies as General Electric, General Motors, Westinghouse, TRW, Aerojet General Nucleonics, and McDonnell Douglas on such advanced, highly classified, eventually canceled projects as nuclear aircraft, fission and fusion rockets, and nuclear power plants for space.

Since 1967 he has lectured on the topic Flying Saucers ARE Real at more than 600 colleges and over 100 professional groups in fifty states, nine Canadian provinces, England, Italy, Germany, Holland, France, Finland, Brazil, Australia, Korea, Mexico, Turkey, Argentina, and Israel. He has published more than 70 papers on UFOs besides his dozens of conventional articles and appeared on hundreds of radio and TV shows. These include the TNT Larry King UFO Special on Oct.1, 1994; Nightline; Sally Jessie Raphael; Unsolved Mysteries; Entertainment Tonight; Leeza; Sightings; Canada AM; Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell and many more.

Stan is the original civilian investigator of the Roswell Incident, who co-authored Crash at Corona and instigated the Unsolved Mysteries Roswell program. He was heavily involved in both the 1979 documentary UFOs are Real and the 1993 & 1996 videos Flying Saucers Are Real.

His new interactive CD ROM, UFOs: The Real Story, was published in 1996. Preston was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1949, a 1975 graduate of the Northside School of Preaching in Harrison, Arkansas. Preston has been in public speaking since the age of 13 and was voted among the Jaycees' "Outstanding Young Men of America," 1980. Preston's preaching ministry spanned nearly four decades in two different cities; Shawnee, Oklahoma and Ardmore, Oklahoma. Preston worked for seven years helping to produce a television program for a Christian magazine which received national recognition in the magazine, "Christianity Today."

In June 2010, Preston received an honorary Doctorate degree from Vision International University of Ramona, California, in recognition of his "outstanding accomplishments in ministry and publishing." Chapman dropped out of school in 1966 to pursue playing in a rock and roll band. In 1968, his band, The Bluesmen Revue, signed a recording contract with Columbia Records in the U.S. that saw the release of "Spin the Bottle". The band split up in early 1969 after their record deal ended following a disagreement with their U.S. management company and their dissatisfaction with Columbia's plans for the band. In 1970, Chapman joined Canadian showband Leather and Lace and eventually played bass for rockabilly legend Ronnie Hawkins in 1972. In 1972, Chapman and partners started a musician management company and opened Springfield Sound Studios, where, among others, folk musician Stan Rogers recorded his albums Turnaround and Fogarty's Cove. After having toured with his own band in the early 1980s, in 1986 Chapman returned home to London and built another recording studio. He started a second jingle company where he wrote and recorded the "Tear 'Em Up Tigers" theme song for the London-based Detroit Tigers farm team. It gained international recognition as an anthem for the organization on its way to a US Eastern League baseball championship in 1989, in addition to getting local media coverage and raising thousands of dollars for charity. In 1988, Chapman was contracted to write novelty songs for Peter Garland's top-rated morning show on CFPL 980 Radio. Some of his songs were heard across Canada on the CBC, including "Stand Up for Canada, Eh!", recorded by the True Grit Band that at times included Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and future City of London Mayor Joe Fontana, and used as the theme for a nationwide campaign to promote Canadian unity during the 1995 Referendum. In 1992, Chapman was offered a job as a talk show host at London's CJBK Radio. After a year there, and a subsequent two-year stint at CKSL, he returned to CJBK as the host of Talk of the Town. He was later hired as a news commentator on CFPL television and also hosted the thrice-weekly Jim Chapman Show interview show evenings on the Rogers TV Network for several years. He was a columnist with The London Free Press and Business London magazine for two decades, and was the first person in London media to host his own radio and TV shows while also writing regular newspaper and magazine columns. Chapman had an unsuccessful run in the Ontario Provincial Election for the Progressive Conservatives. In 2023 Chapman was inducted into the London Music Hall of Fame along with his fellow 1960's Bluesmen Revue band members.     Near-death experience In 1999, Jim Chapman suffered a fatal heart attack and was left brain-dead in a local ER. He was eventually resuscitated, but not before having a near-death experience. Emergency surgery after a second serious heart attack just days later left him very ill and incapacitated for several months. He used the time to tell the story of what he called his "adventure" in a book, Heart and Soul, that became a regional bestseller and generated thousands of dollars for charity. Becky McKiddy-Gydesen was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio where she lived in a haunted house with her mother, grandparents, and aunt. She was always very aware that there was “more out there” and respectful towards it. Later, as an adult, she lived in a haunted apartment. The Camp Lejeune water contamination problem occurred at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina, from 1953 to 1987. uring that time, United States Marine Corps (USMC) personnel and families at the base — as well as many international, particularly British, assignees — bathed in and ingested contaminated with harmful chemicals at all concentrations from 240 to 3,400 times current safe levels. An undetermined number of former residents later developed cancer or other ailments including ALS, fatty liver disease, infertility, and Parkinson's Disease, which could be due to the contaminated drinking water. Victims claim that USMC leaders concealed knowledge of the problem and did not act properly to resolve it or notify former residents.  

In 2009 the U.S. federal government initiated investigations into the allegations of contaminated water and failures by U.S. Marine officials to act on the issue. In August 2012, President Obama signed the Janey Ensminger Act into law to begin providing medical care for people who may have been affected by the contamination. In February 2014, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that the contaminated water at Camp Lejeune significantly increased the risk of possibly contracting multiple diseases, though they did not say that the water actually caused any disease. The PACT Act of 2022, Sec. 804, is the Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022. It provides damages for past injuries from Camp Lejeune toxic exposure. It is the first such law that provides compensation to the civilian family members of veterans stationed at the base as well as those who came onto the base for work

Since early childhood, Jacquelin has had numerous experiences as well as telepathic communications with star beings, light beings, angels and interdimensional beings. Dr. Brandy Stark started the SPIRITS of St. Petersburg in 1997, when she first started her academic research into the role of the liminal. She took her research to conferences and expanded into studying the lore and legends of Tampa Bay. She was able to utilize her connections at the University of South Florida to do her first official ghost hunt in 1999, which she later wrote up as an article for the USFSP student paper, The Crow’s Nest. From there, she did talks in the local community and met other individuals curious about the supernatural. She officially founded the SPIRITS of St. Petersburg paranormal investigation team in 2000, and it remains an active group today. Over the years, she has done approximately 400 investigations locally, nationally, and internationally on her own and with her team. Stark’s goal is to involve the community in the research so that others can distinguish natural causes from those of more questionable origin. She has worked to create a reasonable and compassionate view of the supernatural world by integrating ideas and academic discussions of symbolism, cultural interpretation, and respect for others (dead or living). Lynda Quirino has been in the paranormal field for 43 years, and has experienced unexplained phenomena all of her life. At 18 years of age, she began to investigate the paranormal while at Vanier college in her hometown of Montreal, and also during her years at McGill University. Born in London Canada in 1949, Jim Chapman has been blessed with a life full of challenge and adventure. He was signed to Columbia Records in New York in 1968, played bass in rockabilly legend Ronnie Hawkins' band and toured across the eastern U.S. and Canada for years fronting several groups of his own.  

By 1973 he was the president of a major recording studio (Springfield Sound) where he honed his skills as a songwriter, studio musician and producer. He was also a partner in a successful artist’s management company, the owner of a full-service advertising and promotion company, and the founder of London's first successful musical jingle production company.  

Health issues forced him to retire from the business world in 1980 and with his new wife Carlyn he went back on the road as an entertainer for much of the decade. The couple later returned to London, built another recording studio, and ran a profitable radio/TV musical jingle company and communications consultancy with clients like Kraft General Foods, Ontario Hydro, ParticipAction, The Ontario Senior Games, The Government of Canada, The Detroit Tigers’ London farm team, and many others.  

From 1992 until 2012 Jim was a prominent London-based public affairs newspaper and magazine columnist and radio/TV broadcaster. Prior to his retirement in 2017, Jim had also been working as a professional writer and business consultant for more than a decade.  

In 1999 he died of a massive heart attack and had what is often referred to as a Near Death Experience Brought back to life in the ER, after a long recovery he wrote two books about the experience and lectured about it across Ontario and as far afield as New York, Dallas, and Seattle. He also appeared on the ABC, CTV, TVO, and Discovery television networks, on the BBC and CBC radio networks, and on dozens of radio stations and podcasts.  

In the early 2000s he also returned (from time to time) to his first love, performing as a singer and instrumentalist, headlining a number of concerts as well as performing in several bands. In 2023 he created “The Jim Chapman Show”, a live songs and stories performance geared to Baby Boomers. It was an almost instant success, and Jim has performed it at dozens of venues including concert halls, banquets, churches, private gatherings and Seniors’ Homes, with engagements booked into 2025.  

In 2024 Jim put together a weekly musical show at London’s Unity Centre, and it continues to entertain audiences with performances by top London-area musicians every Wednesday evening.  

He has released three albums of original songs and his ninth and latest published book, “Battle Of the Bands” is a combination history of London’s music scene in the 50s and 60s and his own sixty-year musical career.
