I’ve been helping people make radical life changes since before I was old enough to legally order a glass of Pinot Grigio.
I have always been fascinated by human potential and spirituality. I was 9 years old when my father began to introduce me to Zig Ziglar, Norman Vincent Peale, Tony Robbins and the work of Esther and Jerry Hicks…
It is my life’s work to help people make dramatic, transformative shifts into their inner greatness.
I later earned both my master’s and my doctorate in psychology, (Psy.D). I realized my own dream as a life coach in Los Angeles, pursuing soul-alignment through mentoring and speaking throughout the wellness community.
For the past 10 years, I’ve spent six hours a day listening to people like you share your fears and your frustrations…and re-introducing them to the dreams that had been forgotten or put on the shelf.
(That’s over 15,000 hours of coaching that has allowed me to develop high levels of compassion, and the necessary skill-set to help my clients get exactly what they want in life!)
I have the raw talent, intuition, and experience to help you release all limitation and have the greatest experience of yourself possible.
I’ve done it successfully – not only in my own life, but for a long list of clients – from celebrities, to entrepreneurs, to ambitious professionals, to stay-at-home-moms.
Speaking of moms…
Iamone.
I know what it’s like to always be taking care of everyone else, and to feel like you’ll never have the time or luxury of actually enjoying a cup of coffee, let alone pursuing your own dreams…(am I right?)

MEET PARENTING COACH HAYLEY GOLDBERG LMFT, FOUNDER OF HEART OF CONNECTING
I specialize in helping parents of toddlers and preschoolers enjoy a loving, happier, calmer, more confident parenting experience with their little ones. My approach is based on respect and compassion for parents. There is no judgement with me because parenting isn’t easy. We are all trying to find our way and none of us are perfect. My work is tailored to helping parents get to the root of their parenting frustrations and challenges and teaching them positive, collaborative strategies that build warm, trusting relationships between parents and children. I also work with couples to help them understand and respect their parenting differences and give them tools to develop a partnership in their parenting. When parents collaborate on their parenting and cooperate with each other they raise kids who feel both understood and connected, and family life is more peaceful, relaxed, and loving, and parenting is more FUN! I have been a parent for 23 years and I have guided parents for over 14 years as a therapist, parent educator, and parenting coach. I have been working hands on in early childhood (toddlers and preschoolers) for the past 8 years working with parents, kids, preschool teachers, directors, and home daycare providers. I am blessed with an amazing husband and we are the proud parents of three wonderful and incredible kids. No job has been harder or more rewarding than being a mom and I whole heartedly understand the struggles, fears and challenges that come with being a loving and caring parent. When I am not with my family or supporting parents, you can find me enjoying coffee with friends, reading articles or a parenting book that has caught my attention, or walking my four German Shepherds – hours and hours of walking!

Wed, 18 Sep 2019 - 31min - 39 - Episode 36: True or False // If You Love What You Do Then It Shouldn't Be Work
Answer…BIG FAT FALSE! Anyone who tells you it isn’t, then #byefelicia. Seriously. We’re passionate about this one and are chatting about it on the podcast today.
Here’s the thing, it won't be "work" like doing a day job you hate feels like but BELIEVE US it is work! It will be hard. It will be tiring, invigorating and so many things all in one. It will be worth it.
If you don’t agree with us that’s ok, but we’re pretty sold on this one as we’re pulling late nights, early mornings, weekend work to balance chasing our dreams to fulfill our personal passions with Sōlspace all while working our day jobs and being present mothers. It’s a sacrifice and fulfilling at the same time.

Wed, 11 Sep 2019 - 23min - 38 - Episode 35: Sexual Healing // Lady Parts Chat with The Down There Doc - Marcy Crouch, PT, DPT, WCS
Ladies, it’s about time people start talking about the postpartum care that is so needed for our poor little vajay-jay’s. So we decided we need to practice what we preach and brought a pelvic floor expert on today's episode, Marcy Crouch, PT, DPT, WCS aka The Down There Doc. Marcy is someone Heather met through the Happy Mom Conference (remember way back when we gave two tickets to this conf away!) and loved her personality and passion for female health. She’s seriously amazing and sheds some light during this week’s podcast on our pelvic floor - how important it is, how it can be weakened (even if you’ve never been pregnant) and even chats about some delivery stuff too! It’s a really interesting and hilarious podcast. One we’re proud of because it’s crazy that we shoot babies out of our bodies or have issues down there and there aren’t many known resources (especially that are covered by insurance) to help us stay at our optimal health! No more have a baby and see you in 6 weeks. Tune in and get to know why that’s no longer acceptable, or ok for your body!

Wed, 21 Aug 2019 - 35min - 35 - Episode 32: Motherhood Transitions // Preserving Your Identity
Where did you go? This is a question Mom’s tend to ask themselves after being thrusted into motherhood. Where did I go? Who am I now? What has happened to my life? It sounds dramatic until you’re in the vortex of becoming a parent and quickly realized your life has changed forever.
It took both of us a while to process our new normal with baby #1 and now we don’t know any other way of life - but it took work to find our rhythm. Maybe rhythm is the new “balance” because once we found that we felt a little like ourselves again. Today on the podcast we’re chatting about preserving your identity through the transition of motherhood.
Becoming a parent doesn’t mean you have to completely change and abandon your past. It doesn’t mean you can’t still be that fun, happy, sexy girl who loves to dance while spilling her cocktail AND an incredible mother who is passionate about her significant other and family life.
It’s about finding those pieces you want to take from your pre-parenthood life and figuring out how to weave those into your new chapter. Maybe it’s dance parties with your kiddo(s), maybe it’s making sure you have one solo night with the girls a month to do you. Maybe it’s scheduling in date night and creating at home dates to have 1:1 time with your significant other.
Whatever it is we feel you and know finding your rhythm is important. If you haven’t already make a goal to sit down this week and decide what you need, then communicate it ti to those who support you so they can help and keep you accountable.
No more Mama comes last for you!

We loved speaking with Bridget, not only is she hilarious and down to earth like us, she too is a working mom with a baby under 1 trying to navigate this whole be a boss babe and a mom boss situation.
After listening to her podcast we’re like ok we’re dusting off our resume too, then we realized we employ ourselves so we’re good but we were so inspired by her thoughts we were super motivated!!

There are so many different stories we can all recall but at the end of the day it is about what works best for you. We frequently get asked how we make it work being friends and colleagues -- we aren't perfect but we must say we are pretty damn good at it. But we don’t know it all, we would love to hear your experiences and what you have learned to make partnerships successful, whether it’s at work or in your personal life (hint these are very similar things)! Wed, 24 Jul 2019 - 43min - 30 - Episode 28: Practical Planning // Our Delivery Game Plan + Maternity Leave
We’re not ready, but THIS IS happening … Ok, this week’s podcast went a little sideways (in a good way) as we hopped on to discuss our birth + maternity leave plans. One thing we learned as we reviewed the documents - yes 2-3 page documents - we created for baby #1 is that things really do change the second time around. We’re sharing what we thought we needed, what we really needed and what we plan to do this time around when it comes to birth and maternity leave. It’s tough being a working mama that is on your own, but we have tricks up our sleeve like accepting a helping hand from Biz Babysitters to give us the time we need. Take a listen to our thoughts and head over to our blog post about our plans or insta page to share yours! We know you have some good insight too and we’d love to hear them.
Wed, 17 Jul 2019 - 49min - 29 - Episode 27: Be the Girl Who Decided to Go For It // Chat with 31 Bits Founder - Jessie Alexander
To say we’re obsessed is an understatement - we’re so excited to share that Jessie Alexander, founder of 31 Bits, joined us for our podcast this week to discuss “being the girl who goes for it.”
Back when mindful e-commerce wasn’t even a glimmer in the online shopper’s eye, Jessie and her co-founders turned a college project into a 10-year dream job that ‘til this day amazes us with their creativity, thoughtfulness and business savvy mindset.
She’s sharing her journey from college grad to a successful entrepreneur. Tune in to hear what she learned, what she’d change and how living with your business partners CAN work if you’re up for the challenge.
Wed, 10 Jul 2019 - 45min - 28 - Episode 26: The Art of Alone-time // Why We Need to Learn to Roll Solo
Are You Good at Being Alone? I mean… we wish we were. We kinda suck at it. You always want what you can’t have, right?
As an entrepreneur you rarely get to shut it off when you’re doing your own 9-5 (read all day EVERY day). We’ve gotten used to that and taken the necessary steps to create space in our lives. BUT the most shocking thing of becoming a parent was the fact that YOU’RE NEVER ALONE! It added a whole other layer of lack of space, creating an even bigger need for those special moments that were just for us.
THEN, even when you’re alone all you’re doing is thinking about what you need to do for work/home or how much you miss the loved ones you’re away from. We’re all about the kids being watched by people we trust and saying PEACE, but we still find ourselves not fully able to disconnect.
So today’s podcast is about the “Art of Alone-time” and how we can strengthen that muscle. If you have this down share your knowledge bombs. We’re all ears! Hit us up on Insta.
Wed, 03 Jul 2019 - 29min - 27 - Episode 25: It’s Summer. Now what? // How Pregnancy Has Changed this Season for Us
But seriously, it’s summer and we feel a bit off. Maybe it’s the pregnancy? While everyone is ramping up to live their best life and in full “GO” mode, we’re winding down as we prepare to expand our families (and bodies) to make room for this new life.
Each season has its own energy, and this time we’re out of sync with Summer’s “get after it” vibe. So how are we dealing with that as we prepare to head out for maternity leave? Tune in to find out!
Wed, 26 Jun 2019 - 1h 00min - 26 - Episode 24: Enjoy the Wow // Daniel the Tiger Teaches Us a Thing or Two
It’s Podcast Wednesday!! This episode we are talking about all about staying in the moment. This topic is relevant for sooo many reasons but ultimately we are feeling the pressure of baby #2 coming into the family fast and furious.
First, Heather sings on this episode + Brooke too (but she does that every episode) so hopefully your ears get through it.
Second, we somehow tie a PBS Daniel the Tiger episode to the entire inspo for this episode about staying in the now as we inch towards expanding our family and life goals.
And finally, we have a SUPER SUPER SUPER amazing giveaway this week for you. We’ve been extra in the giveaway department with brands we love but hopefully you don’t mind because we love spoiling you!
Wed, 19 Jun 2019 - 29min - 25 - Episode 23: Decoding Product Labels // Guest Stephanie Pascarella Wash with Water Founder
It is time for the dirty, dirty truth! We have to be honest, after recording this episode we were running to our bathrooms to scour all our skincare products for ingredients that may be lurking, harming our health (and even worse our little ones)! Even Heather, our resident clean beauty expert, learned a few things during this episode... but Brooke admits she has a lot to learn.
Today, we welcome wonderful Stephanie Pascarella, mama + founder of Wash with Water, a skincare pioneer dedicated to crafting small-batch skin and hair products that are safe for the whole family. Tune-in as Stephanie gives us all the dirt (pun intended) on what ingredients to look out for, her passion to go above and beyond to change industry standards and if this is totally new to you she has tips on where to start!
Wed, 12 Jun 2019 - 56min - 24 - Episode 22: Arranged Marriage // How Organization Can Help Strengthen Your Relationship
Spring has sprung and Summer is about to drop it like it’s hot! With our pregnancies well on their way, nesting mode is in full effect.
As we continue the spring cleaning feeling organizing our house top to bottom, it made us realize this level of attention to detail has flowed into our relationships - and it’s been a great thing!
We are pretty organized with our biz life, and after kiddos we took those methods to our relationship as well. It’s Type A for sure (hello Heather’s Virgo tendencies paired with Brooke’s fear of ever forgetting a task) but also a necessary element to keep us on track with our personal lives as well.
Tune in as we share the lessons we’ve learned becoming parents and how organization and communication has helped us stay on track!
Need more deets? Check out this weeks blogwhere we chat about how time blocking helps us keep our heads on straight. Without it we may forget where our head is completely. #preggobrain
Wed, 05 Jun 2019 - 33min - 23 - Episode 21: Recovery Mode // How to Avoid Burnout
It’s been a little over two weeks since… well we can’t really say since (*COUGH* Heather + some others may not be caught up yet)...happened on GOT. It’s also been two years since we had babies and have two on the way. We’re not sure we’re really recovered from either yet…
Whether you’re battling the why from the finale of your latest show, a sick Taco Tuesday hangover or adjusting to mom life, recovery from even positive things like a vacation has you wanting a vacation. Today on the podcast we’re talking about recovery mode, balance and how implementing rituals can help keep your flow so you don’t end up in overload.
We loved the founder of Wanderwell, Cait's guest blog about burnout. There are some great tips in there and a sexy retreat calling your name if you need a little fiesta by the mar to celebrate Global Wellness Day. Margaritas included.
Any who.. enough chit chat, time to tune in to the episode!
Wed, 29 May 2019 - 36min - 22 - Episode 20: 411 on Hormones + Nutrition with Genetic Garden
We know how much everyone loved Episode #13 when Emily, the founder of Genetic Garden, joined us for the first time so we brought her back! During that episode we barely scratched the surface of a SUPER interesting topic to us - hormones.
Today’s episode dives in deep to hormones, PMS and how to manage these surges of emotions … we even chat about male PMS (we are certain it’s a thing). Bottom line nutrition has a lot to do with your hormonal waves so this podcast is a must listen!
Tune in and don’t forget to check out Emily’s blog on hormones that goes with our podcast content today. We also had a guest blogger, Carie from Luxe Skin Studio, on the blog this week breaking down hormonal acne.

It’s such a blessing to be a mama, but we wouldn’t be here without our own. We shared an interview with them on our blog earlier this week which was really fun! Sitting down and hearing their memories and thoughts on being a mom was great to hear. We recommend doing it with your mama, over wine… because we can’t have wine but you should. #beateamplayer
We’re a little goofy on this episode, a little raw about our best and worst moments as mothers and a whole lot of fun. We hope you love it as much as we did!

Wed, 01 May 2019 - 31min - 18 - Episode 16: Infertility // Guest Ashleigh Azzari Shares Her Personal Journey
This week’s episode is one of those “tough but needs to be talked” about episodes. We’re so blessed to have our dear friend Ashleigh Azzari share her story about her journey with infertility in honor of Infertility Awareness Week.
We know women out there struggling to conceive or recently experienced infertility challenges and it is something that is close to our hearts as we support them through these moments. Motherhood starts in all different ways, and on today’s podcast we will hear about Ashleigh’s personal journey.
Let’s get real. Let’s get in it with each other. Let’s get ready to support one another. Even in the lowest points of her journey she still finds the silver lining and we’re pretty sure regardless you’ll be laughing during this episode like you always do.
It’s one of the many reasons we love her - she’s raw, real and real good at keeping a positive mindset amidst any challenge. #youreourgirlAsh

Wed, 17 Apr 2019 - 35min - 16 - Episode 14: Babies - They Change More Than Your Bodies
"Ain’t life grand” - pretty sure that’s the saying (Heather always messes the cliche sayings up so can never be too sure) and honestly it is.
We’re managing work and motherhood pretty well over here not taking for granted how blessed we are to own our own 24… BUT (you knew that was coming) it’s still a slight shit show when we break down the aftermath of how we got here.
Motherhood is some serious business. We’re talking about managing a small and unreasonable dictators known as toddlers, businesses, the postpartum mess that is our new existence, new emotions, husbands. So why not have an episode about getting real on it and laughing about how ridiculous some of our stressors are.
We just read this article on Ellie Moms yesterday about toddlers and it pretty much sums it up. Now, here’s this week’s episode to sum up how “Babies Change More Than Your Bodies.”
We dedicate this episode to our amazing children who have changed our hearts, minds and bodies in ways we never imagined… and hopefully will be billionaires to pay us back one day. #kidding #kindof
Wed, 10 Apr 2019 - 36min - 15 - Episode 13: DNA + NUTRITION // If it’s Organic Oreos Does it Make it Ok?
Earlier this week we talked about cravings and just writing this made us have them all over again. What is it about Oreo’s that are so comforting? We actually talked a lot about Oreos along with DNA nutrition, health, epigenetics and scratch the surface about hormones in our latest episode featuring the founder of Genetic Garden, Emily Brown. Emily provides clients with exercise and nutrition recommendations based on genetic data and lifestyle factors while educating her client on their predispositions and any environmental factors that may influence them. Together, epigenetic information will be interpreted to create an effective plan with health and fitness practices that traditional genetics alone cannot reveal. Tune-in to hear our test results, how Emily is like a wellness matchmaker and why trying her DNA nutrition program is right up our (and we think your) alley. THE GIRLS GAB ABOUT The unique work Genetic Garden does How Emily’s program is different from 23 and Me Hormonal Cravings: lots of Oreos! The difference between allergies and sensitivities What Brooke + Heather found out from testing How to get started with Emily (she’s offering 25% off all month)
Wed, 03 Apr 2019 - 53min - 14 - Episode 12: Pregnancy on Blast // What We Wish We Would Have Known
Heather’s baking another delicious baby so we have pregnancy on the brain. It’s round two so she’s heading into this one a little more experienced. We felt inspired to share all we’ve learned along the way and take a moment to share how her pregnancy is going so far.
Today’s podcast shares things we wish someone would have told us, will she find out the gender, first trimester update and how far she’s willing to drive to satisfy a craving - it’s all in there! And… fair warning lots of womanly talk about body parts, bodily fluids and all the other fun things pregnancy brings.
It will either be a good laugh for other moms out there or a nice dose of birth control for those yet to be mama’s. You’re welcome! ;) Anyone want to babysit?
Tune in and if you missed last week’s episode it's not too late to catch up!
Wed, 27 Mar 2019 - 47min - 13 - Episode 11: Failure the Other “F” Word
We’ve had a funny relationship with failure. From being terrified to feeling empowered by this little “F” word, it’s followed us around over the years as we move through motherhood and entrepreneurship.
As we sat down to record today’s episode we really tuned in to our feelings around the "F" word. Why does it control people so much? Does it have power only if you let it? We chat about our experiences, how we’ve battled with failure and why we don’t feel it’s that big of a deal anymore during this week’s podcast.
It’s a tricky little fella but we finally think we’ve got it figured out.
Wed, 20 Mar 2019 - 32min - 12 - Episode 10: Working as a Team, Balancing as a Family
Anyone watch “Workin’ Moms” on Netflix? It’s basically an autobiography of life post baby for most working mothers with a humorous spin that is oh so relatable. It might have subconsciously been the inspiration for this week’s podcast topic “Working as a Team, Balancing as a Family.” Being a go getter in the workspace, doting wife, stellar bestie and rockstar mom has its challenges. Figuring out the recipe for success in all areas feels a bit like finishing a rubix cube… every time you think you’ve got it one piece is out of order. We’ve learned a few things as we get comfortable with motherhood that we thought would be fun to share with you. Can’t wait for you to tune in!
Wed, 13 Mar 2019 - 36min - 11 - Episode 9: World Domination // Feat. YouTube Star Sharzad Kiadeh
They sure do grow up fast. One day (about 7 years ago) Sharzad and Heather were meeting in an elevator bonding over Target dresses. Now we’re all mommies to the cutest babies and living out our boss babe dreams.
Sharzad, founder of LuxLyfe, YouTube sensation and expert in World Domination, joined us during this week’s podcast to talk about how she hustled her way to the top. This girl is full of grit and determination … and she is sharing all her tips to becoming insta-famous with you.
We can’t wait for you to tune in and head over to her profile @sharzadkiadeh if you want to get to know her better.
Wed, 06 Mar 2019 - 47min - 10 - Episode 8: Body Love // Baby Got (Double) Back
Are you ready for this week's episode? We were really feeling the topic of body love for this week’s podcast because as women we know how hard we can be on ourselves as our bodies change. That “summer body” isn’t so easy to bounce back into after winter as we get older.
We also had an amazing guest blog about the topic written by Monday Dieter that is a MUST READ if you haven’t already!
It feels really good to say we’ve spent 8 weeks with ya’ll and have so many more to come. I know, we’re getting mushy again but we have all the feels thanks to you tuning in to our episodes.
We love you and your gorgeous bodies.
Wed, 27 Feb 2019 - 25min - 9 - Episode 7: Bumpin' + Ballin' // Securing Investment Dollars while Momming So Hard
We’re going to get right into it… Talia Goldstein, founder of Three Day Rule, is back on our show because she is a TOTAL BOSS BABE. This mama fundraised not once but twice while pregnant and both times secured massive funding… and judgements. #notcool
Her story amazed us and we wanted to share it with you. Maybe some of you are looking for funding. Maybe some of you are pregnant and wondering are people going to take you seriously as you chase your goals. Maybe you just like listening to us.
Either way hit play because our jaws were at the floor most of the time listening to her story and hearing her thoughts on investors.
Oh and MAD PROPS to mama’s following their dreams out there because this $h!T ain’t easy but it is so magical.
Wed, 20 Feb 2019 - 48min - 8 - Episode 6: The 360 View of Dating // A Valentine’s Day Special
This episode kicks off with Talia Goldstein, founder of Three Day Rule, chatting with us about dating trends, online dating and how to secure that second date if you’re looking for round two. Then we bounce to Taylor Glaze, who we coined our token Millennial (but she is actually a Gen Z which will make sense when you listen) who dives into why she’s down to date herself right now, and turns the mic on us for a few questions.
We get all the feels this episode and hope you do too! If not just tell Brooke you did because it’s her birthday month.

Wed, 06 Feb 2019 - 31min - 6 - Episode 4: The Power of the Positive Mindset
This week’s episode is one for the books because not only did we have our first guest on, but we’re talking about a pretty important topic - connecting to your heart. Did you know that your heart has enough energy to light up a small city? We didn’t either until this episode and is one of the many incredible things we learned while chatting to Jessie May, the founder of Heartrise Movement.
Maybe it’s just us but we’ve noticed while we’re so tuned into our hearts there are also walls around it from various experiences and we need to break those down or they will hold us back. Jessie May has worked with individuals and corporations to share her heartfelt methods that reconnects you to the power source that is your best guide, your heart.
