At Odds

At Odds

Shreya

At Odds is a conversation with those who come up against the edges and stand out in society as is. Society, as it stands, is largely patriarchal, upper caste and class, able-bodied, and ascribes to the gender assigned to them at birth. the intention is to explore stories of resistance inherent in a life lived at odds with this society and how this manifests in the doing or not doing of life, and the discovery of personal and societal eureka moments. The invitation for conversation is open to queers, neurodivergent, Bahujan, and disabled members of society. There are many ways to feel at odds that may not be defined yet or I may not yet be aware of, we invite you to a conversation too. This conversation will be hosted by Shreya Sridhar who is a queer neurodivergent human who found herself toiling away in the agency & corporate life India has to offer. She hopes to have affirming conversations with those who like her may have always struggled with the strict norms of society.
