On this weeks episode I sit down with Haunt Dog, a punk/emo band from Philly. We talk about the start of the band and the release of their first official singles. "Ok Google, Get Me Out Of This Town" came out in December while "Canker Sore" came out in January. We talk about the responses and what it's leading up to. On this weeks episode I sit down with Justin from Kerosene Heights, a punk/emo band from North Carolina. We talk about the big 2022 that they had, from releasing their debut EP, touring, to signing with No Sleep Records. We talk about the re-released deluxe EP "No More Bad Dreams" that finds two extra songs on the tracklist. This EP just screams "Emo Revival" which I truly love. We also talk about signing to No Sleep and what we can hope to see in 2023. As usual we end off hearing some stories from Justin's time in music. We dive right into their latest release and their first full length "Hope You're Okay". This is a fast driving album that making you want to shout along while also two-stepping around your room. We also talk about the ideas behind some of their recent music videos. Kenny talks about the scene in Vancouver and how he sees a new presence in the youth. On this weeks episode I sit down with Easy Beach, an indie rock band from Detroit, Michigan. We start out talking about coming back from their hiatus and what is behind this new resurgence.
