I’ve decided to close down my business… for the whole month of August. I posted about this recently on LinkedIn, and while it was mostly met with positivity, some questioned how this could be possible without having a negative impact on my business. I would argue that taking a meaningful break from your business can actually have a hugely positive impact on it. Getting my business to the point where taking a break is possible hasn’t happened by chance.
