    The Miami Heat’s third quarter woes continued today at Indiana, where the Pacers used a past the Heat 119-110- just two days after the Heat had beaten them 124-111 on the same floor. Myles Turner scored a season-high 34 points to Tyler Herro scored 28 points- 23 in the 2nd half- to lead the Heat in scoring. He is averaging over 24 points per game so far this season. Bam Adebayo added 24 for Miami, but the Heat were outscored 62-28 in the paint. Myles Turner scored a season-high 34 points for Indiana. Pascal Siakam scored 23 points for the Pacers, who shot 52% from the field. Benedict Matthurin added 21 points and 12 rebounds, and Tyrese Haliburton finished with 16 points and 13 assists, albeit on another poor-shooting night for the All-Star & Olympian. Haliburton made up for his misses by making back-to-back 3’s in the fourth quarter- putting out the flames after the Heat had briefly come back to tie the game at 97. Jimmy Butler sat out his 4th game because with a sprained ankle. Butler might be back Monday for the start of a three-game homestand, but the Heat have now lost Jaime Jacquez, Jr., with a sprained right ankle. X-rays were negative, but injuries have played a big role in Miami’s 5-7 start. Thirty of the Pacers’ 44 buckets were assisted. No Miami player had more than four assists.
