We are back at it with Kat and this time it's the first of our back-to-back sit-downs. A whole lot of conversation was had around mental health, communication/social skills, collaboration and then some.

This episode features Keisha, a multi-faceted individual currently studying Marine Vertebrate Ecology and Conservation at the University of Exeter. She took time out of her busy schedule to speak with us about student life, her love for marine life, mental health, and many other interesting topics.

This is the martial arts episode and we focused on Tang Soo Do with the help of Master Ben Leonard who runs the SU Tang Soo Do society in Falmouth.

This episode we chat with Polish/UK student Kat about mental health.

We had a fun chat with Exeter student Moraa Siekei.

We sat down with Vick Bain, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the British Academy of Management.

Vick is the President-Elect of the Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM) and a music tech start-up called Delic and also a trustee of Parents & Carers in Performing Arts (PiPA).

This is our first episode for the year 2024 and we had a fruitful and enlightening discussion with Emily, who is currently the president of the African Caribbean Society.
