Naaz was born as Aizya Joshi; at the age of 7, her family sent her to a distant relative to avoid taunts from society for her feminine behavior. Naaz went through bullying in school, she worked at dance bars and restaurants to earn a living. But she always had a spark within which led her to become a model. Naaz also worked as a sex worker to earn money for sex reassignment surgery.

Later, she enrolled National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and completed her formal studies in fashion design, and today the world knows her. Not only she is a proud model but also a mother of two daughters; she adopted them when their immediate families abandoned them. Harish was 7 years old when his uncle forced him to do things that he was unaware of. The journey for Harish Iyer was tough, but he is a fighter and today he is an Indian equal rights activist.
