This is our official last episode. We are so thankful for your love and support over the past 3 years. This is episode number 60 and we've talked about so many different topics ranging from trusting in God's plan to the Characteristics of God to bad tiktok theology... From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. God bless you all.

This is our first episode of 2023 and it's one that means a lot to us. Deconstruction is a huge trending topic on social media and in Christian circles today. But, how did we get here? Why are so many people leaving their faith? Is it because of a lack of discipleship? 

Hey everyone, on this episode, we want to address the current state of our podcast and let you know our plans for the foreseeable future as well as dive into a song that we recently heard with some thought provoking lyrics. Hope you all enjoy. Thank you for all your love and support over the past 2 years.  

How do we define worship and how do we worship properly? Here's a clue: It's so much more than the songs we sing on a Sunday morning or in our cars in the way to work/school/sports/etc. It's all about how we live our lives. 

What happens when we don't take our faith seriously? What happens when we do nothing at all to continue to grow in our relationship with God? Are we careless with our spiritual lives? 

We are back with some more of our Hot Takes. Like we said before, we'd love to hear your hot takes as well! 

How are we supposed to approach and address a Holy, Almighty, All-Powerful, All-Knowing, Omnipresent, Righteous, Wrathful, Merciful, Loving, Kind, Patient, Angry, and Jealous God? Do we approach Him casually? Do we get to know Him intimately? Let's talk!

Guys Weekend was something that we started a few years ago to take some time from our busy schedules, get together, and grow in our faith together. Every year, we have a different theme and we spend the weekend doing different devotionals and having conversations about the theme. This year, our focus was our purpose and our identity as Christian men. We decided to record one of our convos and have you guys listen in. Hope you enjoy.

We all have struggles. Whether it's friendships, temptation, anxiety... How are we supposed to deal with them? This episode is more of a conversation but hopefully, it helps!

Recently, a verse that is supposed to have deep implications for a Christian, has turned into one that has been seriously taken out of context and weaponized. I'm pretty sure we've experienced someone say, "You don't love your neighbor if..." What does that actually mean and what does it actually look like? 

Our last episode of the Theology series. While this wasn't super exhaustive and detailed, we wanted to give you guys a good look at the major attributes of God to spark your curiosity and urge you to go deeper in your desire of knowing God. 

When God created man, He decided to make us in His image. Is it possible that we share some attributes in common with God? While there are some attributes that we share with God, it's important that we realize that God has a MUCH holier version of these attributes. While we can be patient, we will never be more patient than God. While we can be gentle, we will never be as gentle as God. Let's talk about more of these attributes. 

This week, we continue the talk on the Attributes of God. Why do we think it's important to talk about these things? Knowing God rightly leads to worshipping Him rightly. As we grow in our knowledge and understanding of who He is, it puts everything else into perspective. 

On this episode, we wanted to talk about the person of God. In one of our older episodes, we talked about whether or not it was actually possible to know God and in this episode, we want to talk about who God is and the things we can actually know about Him. 

When we read the Bible, we are reading the grand story of God. We are reading about how God orchestrates His master plan throughout history to bring about His purpose and He does so through multiple covenants with people. We hope that this episode helps shed some light on the story of the Bible for you and helps you get more out of what you're reading!

Anyway, we wanna talk about REPENTANCE on this episode and about how its much more than just saying you're sorry. What does Biblical repentance look like? How do we repent? What is the point of repenting? We hope you like this episode!

We've used these terms probably a BAJILLION times on our show and we've always just said that, "Salvation happens in an instant and Sanctification happens over a lifetime." While that's true, we wanted to do an entire episode dedicated to talking about doctrine! Knowing God RIGHTLY is important!

We've seen so many progressive "Christian" tiktokers post about how Jesus was a good man with good ideas. If that's the case, why do we talk so much about Him? Jesus made some very audacious claims about Himself that put Him in a different category than anyone else in history. Let's take a look at some of what He said. 

What do we do when we've done everything we know to do but things still don't end up going our way? Let's talk about the Godly response to failure.

We're starting a brand new series! We're going to be taking a look at John 14-17 and deep dive into Jesus' last words to His disciples before He was crucified. Jesus often spoke in parables but during their last meal together, Jesus spoke plainly and clearly so there would be no question to what He meant.
