Nottingham Forest have until June 30 to make sure they are PSR compliant or face a second Premier League points deduction. The Reds reportedly need to make around £20m in PSR profit but they could be close to getting over the line after the Daily Telegraph reported Forest are close to completing the sales of Orel Mangala to Lyon, while a move to Lyon is also possible for Moussa Niakhate for around £20m. Nottingham Forest will target around eight signings this summer according to The Athletic, including a new goalkeeper who could replace Matz Sels despite his positive impact since joining in January.
