In this episode, Ro and Mitch dive into their experiences with depression and mental health and then chat about how they have dealt with the issues that have troubled them.
Men are often too proud or afraid to share how they are feeling and lack the confidence to reach out when they need help. Together we can have the conversations that need to be had and reach a hand out to those that need it.
If you or anyone you know needs help please reach out, if we talk to each other we can change peoples lives.

In this episode, we talk once again to Katie Tong. We chat about the definition of feminism, why feminism is needed, and why there is often opposition to something that is great for everyone. There is a sense in the male community that feminism is a direct attack on our manhood and masculinity, but what we've learnt in talking to Katie is that's just not the case. We spoke openly with Katie about our experiences, ideas and thoughts on feminism and we got so much out of it. We hope you do too.

Fri, 01 Feb 2019 - 44min - 7 - #06 The power of vulnerability
As human beings we are born vulnerable and die vulnerable but somewhere in the middle we loose the ability to open up really share what we are feeling. As men it is crucial for us to re-learn this skill. Not only for our own mental health but for the health of the community as-well. The suicide rates for men are three times higher than they are for females. We need to realise that it is ok to speak up if we are feeling down and that it doesn't mean we are weak.
There is no strength without vulnerability.
In this episode Mitch and Ro discuss how they have struggled to be vulnerable in their lives, ways they have opened up and the benefits of doing so.
Enjoy!
