Learning a new language as an international student could be both fun and challenging.

As an international student, the process of choosing classes during your first semester could be very challenging. It is very important that you ask for advice from other students and teachers before you make your decision.

How did you go about transitioning from your home country to a foreign country? 

In this episode, Chantal Ndifor shares with us some cultural norms in Cameroon and her transition process from Cameroon to the United States. She also shares with us some of the difficulties she faced and how she overcame them. In addition, Chantal will be giving us some advise that can help facilitate our transition process.

Studying abroad could be very costly. A number of families face difficulties financing the study abroad programs for their children. Applying for scholarships is a great way to reduce this financial burden on you and your family. 

In this episode, I will be talking about how international students can research and apply for scholarships abroad. I will also be sharing with you brief definitions of different scholarship types.

College application process in the United States can be very strenuous. This process can be less challenging if you receive guidance from an experienced international student. 

In this episode I will be having Linda. A as a guest.She is an international student from Algeria and Belarus; she speaks fluent English, Russian, and Belarusian. She graduated May 2016 with her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
