The rest of the world cup offered up plenty of exciting matches that were all certainly better than watching baseball this weekend. On the men's side, they break down the squad for the Americas Rugby Trophy and look ahead to some test match announcements while proving Derek knows nothing about geography. Finally, there are a few new Arrows in the quiver as the MLR season gets closer and closer.

To end the show on a hight note, Canada got off to a dominant start at the Pacific Fours, with a massive 36-5 win over the USA.
