Johnny makes some powerful points about astrology. The bit I found interesting was how the thoughtless dismissal of astrology is essentially sexist; would it be treated more respectfully if the majority of people interested in it were men? I don't know what happened in this episode. I must've been feeling very aggressive this day. What an absolutely uncalled for attack on a massive demographic.  According to our analytics a good chunk of our listeners come from one demographic, and I spent most of this episode attacking them. We usually record a bunch of episodes and release them over time but this one is from a very recent recording which we felt like we had to publish ASAP before it loses its immediacy. It's of course about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and how I got all emotional about it and had to be talked down by Johnny from running to Kyiv and joining a volunteer legion. We've gotten a bit away from our usual silly segments but it was a worthwhile chat and I'm desperately curious to see how this more sincere, long form amble goes down.

The boys are back in town! Sisters are doing it for themselves! Eye of the tiger!
