    Josh and Tara are 2 of my vegan friends I met in the Sydney activism scene. They originally went vegan for health reasons and then eventually transitioned into a mainly whole foods diet. I am always super inspired by the way they make amazing, tasty plant based meals completely whole foods. They are super creative and fun and are here to show you how you can make anything whole foods, nutritious and still tasty as hell!
