    There was no place for darkness to hide.  Even the deep recesses of my mind, the many mazes, compartments, and walls I built around myself made no difference, for I was their architect. There was always light, no matter how faint, that reached those corners. 

    It's time to nurture our beings by unearthing these life giving qualities and lessen the hold that darkness and despair has on us. Let us unearth and confront what the light within reveals.

    "Truth be told, I am always analyzing, never present. To be perceived, especially in the midst of such constant and immense change and transformation is a deep fear of mine. I do not want to live constantly correcting other’s ideas of who I am. I am afraid; I keep rethinking this choice, not because it is not needed and overdue but because of the guilt and heaviness that I am carrying for putting myself first and my needs before all others that tended to take precedence."


    We have to be more curious than we are afraid. This requires persistence and peeking underneath the armor that we wear to face the world daily. The greatest achievements in life require us to step outside our comfort zones, to embrace the unfamiliar, and to leap into the realm of possibility.
