Hour 4 - During the fourth hour of Afternoons with Arcand and Hart, the guys talk through a story of the day with Stiz in behind the glass about a woman who stole 500k and went to a Pats game, then as Andy goes to his son's football game, Arcand breaks down every aspect of the Rams, finally, odds and ends on a man who burned himself on a plane on a hot beverage.

Stiz tells the story of a woman who defrauded people of 500k to see Tom Brady’s return to New England as a Buccaneer. She was messy with it and F’d around and found out… about 30 months in prison. Would it be worth it? Arcand thinks so.

Hour 3 - During the third hour of WEEI Afternoons, Arcand and Hart dissect each NFL team and discuss how Drake Maye would fit with every team. Then, they make their picks for the week. Finally, they offer a preview of Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson.

Then, Pickup discussion, the Patriots had to pick up Caleb Williams during the game on Sunday. This is a little on the corny side, however, it feels performative. Could this actually be beneficial? Hart thinks the players love it. He thinks if it works, it cannot be corny. Finally, Red Sox fumbling Juan Soto in real time?

Soto to the Sox? The Red Sox did not discuss money or term in the meeting, it was mostly informational. Sounds like they had first crack at Soto, but they did not even talk about money? Arcand is furious. Seems like a blown opportunity.

The only thing that matters to Mike Giardi is a win. What does the so called culture even mean if you cannot beat the Rams?

The Bruins were embarrassed by the Stars last night. Swayman is falling from grace and they always seem to lose to good teams badly. Dominated in every way. Their coach is toast. No identity, or a bad identity. Jim Montgomery is not the only one who bears the blame… throw the players and Sweeney in there. Is softness a problem? There is a scrappiness part of it as well, not just a team that does not throw big hits, but a team that is not aggressive at all. Jim Montgomery is a broken hockey coach.

Saquon Barkley is a force of nature. He was unstoppable last night. This was the first game where Jayden Daniels has come back to earth. Neither of the QBs played well last night. There is now an opening in the top four, but even when there is an opening, Drake Maye seems to be a little far off at the present moment. Daniels is the best rookie right now until something ridiculous happens.

A discussion on the offense. Who needs to step up in order to win? The rushing. Stevenson needs to break out like the top five or ten running back we think he can be. Why do people say fascinated too much?
