In this Episode, We discuss our major takeaways and lessons of 2020 as it's been quite the year. From us having to adapt within business and our lifestyles to gaining a whole new perspective on money and income, 2020 has been a wild ride for the KNR team. At the beginning of the year we didn't even have a thought of creating a Discord or actually starting a Podcast but here we are! Were truly grateful for all 2020 has taught us because in the end what doesn't kill you can only make you stronger and wiser. Lots of big plans and goals for 2021 as we continue to grow as a team and individuals. Let's all end 2020 on a high note by planning and preparing for 2021 so you can perform at top gear when 2021 hits. Remember failing to plan is planning to fail.

Big thank you to our first guest Steve Kirk for the opportunity to interview you, such a great time and conversation!

In this episode, we discuss how Steve Kirk got to the position he is in today with business and how it all came about. Steve found a liking within Sales early into his Career and that skill has stuck with him and taken him a long way since he first started learning sales. Steve is the founder and owner of @Vendettamediagroup which is a very successful media company locally that has partnerships with local brokerages including Century 21 leading edge and Capital lending Centre. Steve explains how each part of his growth and career has lead to where he is today. Steve also goes into detail about how he's learned to manage multiple businesses as they continue to grow, working and leading employees, teaching co-op students, and some key tips and takeaways from his own experiences in life and business.

In this Episode, We talk about our experiences with post secondary (College and University). We discuss our thoughts behind post secondary education, taking a year off, figuring out purpose, and taking action towards creating the future and life YOU truly want to live. We also discuss our personal thoughts on when post secondary education is necessary and when you can pursue self learning, development and growth. Lastly we discuss our personal experiences with being in Grade 12 and figuring out the next steps in our lives as for anyone this is quite a stressful time. If you're unsure as to what you want to do after high school please take the year off coming out of high school, this will save you lots of money and will help you figure out your vision and what you want out of life. The world is yours to take!
