    Welcome back to Smile Therapy with Chinhara Orthodontics! Today we continued with our series on health, and we had an exciting guest on to shed light on the topic of food and nutrition. Blessing Mushonga is a certified nutritionist who holds a Bachelors of Science degree with honours in Nutrition Science; he is a nutritionist for the Zimbabwe Olympic Committee, St. John’s College and some of Zimbabwe’s most prominent athletes; and he is the founder of the Sports Nutrition Leap programme which bridges the gap between amateur and professional athletes.
