Have you ever wondered why we sometimes use "will" or "going to" or even just the present continuous to talk about the future in English? Today, we'll look a little closer at all the different grammatical structures available for discussing the future. 

Have you ever wondered what Americans thought of these foreign and not so foreign foods? Well I hone in on what most of us would think about these cultured foods. Some just sound gross! Some sound yummy! Get an inside scope of what we think of these foods so you won't get caught by surprise when you offer your new neighbor a homemade Trekking burger and they give you an unpleasant look!

While you might think of McDonald's as America's best (or worst) culinary representative, the country's most distinctive food is found in the South and Midwest--barbecue. Originally inspired by native peoples' practices of cooking up whole animals over an open fire, it has evolved to high art and a source of pride for many cities and states. We'll look at some of the different kinds of barbecue and whet your appetite for more!

The global pandemic has led many workers around the world to work from home and also to realize the potential of working in different cities than where their companies are based. But there has been a movement of people abandoning office life and their home countries altogether for going on two decades: digital nomads. Today we'll talk about the advantages and disadvantages of not having a home and working around the world. I'll also be sharing some insights from my own experience as one of these strange creatures!
