  • 57 - Sex isn't Dirty: Releasing Conditioned Sexual Shame

54 | It's important to go inwards and tune in to all the messages we tell ourselves about sex. It's even more important to understand further where these messages have stemmed from; this is how we question our conditioning. Often, these messages come from external factors such as society, our upbringing-- what our parents, teachers, or anyone else who has influenced us have told us. All of these things impact how we relate to ourselves. In this episode, I want to break down and explore common messages that we have possibly received growing up about sex, pleasure, and masturbation. I explain how they could be affecting us, conditioning us, and holding us back from experiencing deep pleasure. In this episode, you'll learn: •Exploring the messages that we received growing up •Why you should be changing up your masturbation routine •Rewiring what sex means to you •The degrading messages we have received about liking sex •How to start peeling back the layers of conditioning This podcast is for YOU, so if you ever have any questions you'd like me to answer on the show, or topics you'd like me to cover - reach out to me on email at hello@eleanorhadley.com or over on instagram @eleanorhadley Links and Resources - Please note: EMBODIED is now closed To work with me 1:1 head to eleanorhadley.com

  • 54 - Love, Lust & Limerence

51 | When we first fall in love, we have a biochemical reaction. There's an increase in dopamine, to the point we almost feel intoxicated. It's like drug addiction. We've all been there when we meet someone and suddenly feel starry-eyed and infatuated. We place that person on a pedestal, but this comes from a place of limerence. In this episode, I'll be diving into all things love, lust, and limerence. I'll be sharing all about why we experience limerence, how to recognise the signs, and how to tune into your body to understand these biochemical reactions so you can maintain healthy relationships with yourself and your lovers. In this episode, you'll learn: •What Limerence is •Tuning in to your definition of 'love. •Sign of being in 'limerence' •Addictions, fantasies, and starry eyes •Questions to ask yourself for lust and love awareness This podcast is for YOU, so if you ever have any questions you'd like me to answer on the show, or topics you'd like me to cover - reach out to me on email at hello@eleanorhadley.com or over on instagram @eleanorhadley Links and Resources: For courses and 1:1 coaching, head to eleanorhadley.com

  • 53 - Identity & Bisexuality with Anna Kochetkova

50 | Compulsory heterosexuality has been ingrained into us since we were born. Although more conversations around bisexuality and everything else outside of what society deems as 'normal' have recently begun to open up, much of our conditioning comes into play when we're even starting to question and allow ourselves to explore our sexuality. Today's guest Anna is a Russian-born Australian author and a passionate bi-plus activist based in Sydney. Anna is the author of soon-to-be released book, Bi & Prejudice, which explores multi-sexual attraction, human diversity, and mental health. In this episode, we speak about the stereotypes often associated with bisexuality, the differences between how bi men and women are perceived, the endless labels and their importance, the rise in representation, and so much more. In this episode, you'll learn: •Anna's experience with coming out later in life •The impact of representation •Bisexuality & stereotypes •Should we be identifying with labels? •The conditioning received about differences in sexuality This podcast is for YOU, so if you ever have any questions you'd like me to answer on the show, or topics you'd like me to cover - reach out to me on email at hello@eleanorhadley.com or over on instagram @eleanorhadley Links and Resources: For courses and 1:1 coaching, head to eleanorhadley.com Bi & Prejudice IG: https://www.instagram.com/biandprejudice/ Buy the book: https://www.debutbooks.com.au/bookstore/p/bi-prejudice-by-anna-kochetkova Disclosure documentary about trans representation in media: https://www.disclosurethemovie.com/about

  • 52 - F*** Consistency & Tune Into Your Cycle

49 | Far too often, as a result of capitalism, we measure our worth by output metrics. How much did you do today? What have you produced? What tangible things have you contributed to society? How much money have you made doing that? After spending most of my life absolutely beating myself up for being what I labeled as lazy and inconsistent and forever trying to be more productive. I'm proud to say that I no longer identify with being productive. In this episode, we explore the fallacy of consistency. We've been conditioned to think that consistency is super important to living a good, productive life. I'll break down exactly why I no longer strive to be 'productive' and instead how to live more in tune with the phases of your cycle. I hope that all people who menstruate can learn more about their cycles to relax more into their natural rhythms. In this episode, you'll learn: •Why I don't believe in ''consistency.'' •The metrics I now measure my life by •The 4 phases of the female menstrual cycle •How the male and female hormonal changes are different •How to tune into the magical messages that your body sends you each month This podcast is for YOU, so if you ever have any questions you'd like me to answer on the show, or topics you'd like me to cover - reach out to me on email at hello@eleanorhadley.com or over on instagram @eleanorhadley Links and Resources: For courses and 1:1 coaching, head to eleanorhadley.com Know Your Yoni: Natural Birth Control: https://www.eleanorhadley.com/podcast/18 Book: Invisible woman: https://www.booktopia.com.au/invisible-women
