In this special episode, the Raba Viajera joined joined Erasmus+ Youth Exchange participants from Spain, Italy, France, and Serbia as they dive into the transformative world of Non-violent communication. Through open and honest discussions, they explore pressing issues facing today’s youth, from mental health challenges to navigating love and relationships.

Listen in as they share their personal experiences and aspirations for a better world, highlighting the power of artistic expression as a tool for connection and understanding. They also tackle the impact of media and information on youth perspectives, how we can better inform ourselves and the importance of education.

Hello and welcome fans of La Raba Viajera! The podcast is back with a new episode full of interesting ideas about addiction: what does it mean to be addicted? What happens in our brain when we feel that persistent desire we can't give up? And how many myths are there to dispel around the topic of addiction?

During the episode, our ESC volunteer and neurobiologist Francesca will delve into the topic of social media addiction, to explain what is the phenomenon of FOMO that is spreading nowadays and introduce the testimonies of some of her fellow travelers in this period of living abroad.

On the 9th of May, known as the Europe Day for the Schuman Declaration, our ESC volunteers Francesca and Sara decided to record this episode of la Raba Viajera to talk about the European Elections that will be held from the 6th to the 9th of June. 

You will listen about what are the main European institutions, who can vote and in general how the elections work and why is youth important in this process.

On the International Day of Elimination of Racial Discrimination, we sit down with our ESC volunteer Isaac and our mentor Miler to discuss about this still very present problem in our society. Isaac and Miler share with us their personal experiences, as well as how we can familiarize ourselves more with this topic, and how we can fight for change and stand up against racism.
