On this episode of Rightly Dividing, have you ever wondered what it would look like if you had a political ruler who did what God asked him to do? What it might look like to be a righteous king who ruled His people in perfect holiness with perfect justice? We will have that at the Second Advent when King Jesus sets up his Thousand Year Reign, but until then, “desolations are determined”. There were some kings in the Bible who ruled well over the people, not perfectly, but well. King David was a wonderful type of Christ in many ways, as ways Moses and Joshua. They were all but men, however, and had their moments of rebuke and correction from the LORD. We also see wicked rulers like King Saul, a type of Antichrist, and King Nebuchadnezzar, also a type of Antichrist. Through all these men, we see the rock-steady Hand of God orchestrating it all. In Washington, DC, hundreds of women danced joyously in the streets, ecstatic at the prospect of a Kamala Harris presidency that will provide them access to unlimited and endless abortion. Do you know what time it is? We are living in evil days, a time where the spirit of the coming Antichrist is infecting every avenue of our society here in America as well as on a global level. Why on Earth would armed government agents be dispatched to go arrest a squirrel, holding its owners at gunpoint for hours while every square inch of their home was searched? The founding fathers of America refused to permit Halloween to be observed because they knew it was a pagan holiday. Halloween was not widely celebrated in the U.S. until about 1900. The BRICS Summit received very little attention from the press, but their call for a New World Order needs to be more closely examined. One of the needless things that Christian fight over is the concept of there being more than one gospel in the Bible, I say it’s needless because it’s an issue that is quickly cleared up with a generous application rightly dividing of scripture. But since a majority of Christians don’t apply 2 Timothy 2:15 on a regular basis, or honestly don’t even know what it is, you wind up with fights and arguments that are, as previously stated, needless. Tonight we look at the unique gospel of the Tribulation that will be in full effect, and word of warning, you can lose it. On this episode of Rightly Dividing, Paul’s gospel has been in effect for just about two thousand years now, Paul calls it “my gospel” because it was given to him exclusively, and is not like Matthew, Mark or Luke’s gospel. The gospel of John stands apart from the first three, and is very much in line with Paul’s gospel that we call the gospel of the grace of God, and/or the gospel of the Kingdom of God. But no matter how you deal the cards, these are very different gospels we are talking about. In the 7-year time of Jacob’s trouble that includes the 3.5 year great Tribulation period, people who find themselves there will absolutely have to have faith in Jesus Christ, and absolutely have to have works to back that faith up. In Paul’s gospel, and in John’s gospel, no works are required for salvation. The differences could not be more clear! The death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar suggests the Hamas/Israel war might come to an end in the coming days. The Biden-Harris administration will likely try to take credit for any potential peace upon hostage releases. Kamala Harris said last March, however, that Israel going into Rafah, Gaza, would be a “huge mistake.” Joe Biden has also pushed very hard to seemingly prevent what now is actually, and miraculously happening, the practical end of both Hamas and Hezbollah. My text today is found in Isaiah 43:2 in your King James Bibles, and in that verse we see a fantastic doctrinal promise to the Jews and the nation of Israel. It does not apply to us here in the Church Age practically, but from a spiritual perspective it becomes a wonderful promise for Christians as well. This is why rightly dividing the scriptures as Paul commands is so very important. The prophet Isaiah is telling us about the time we read about in Revelation 12, where the Jews and Israel will be kept safe from the end times flood and fire the Bible tells us will be present in that day. Isaiah is giving us a literal description of actual Jews protected from literal flood waters and fires. So how can that, a promise made to the Jews, apply to us Christians at the end of the Church Age? This my message, preached live from Bethany Baptist Church in Saint Augustine, Florida.

An op-ed piece in the UK Telegraph said this today “Israel must be allowed to attack Iran’s evil regime, and the West must support it. The regime is the original Islamist extremist state; it is the fount of almost all trouble in the Middle East, the foremost exporter of terrorism, an ally of Russia, a friend of China, a cancer eating away at humanity’s common destiny. Judgement Day beckons. It is time for Israel to save the West from itself, to conduct the dirty, dangerous work that far larger, richer and more powerful countries are too debilitated to pursue themselves.” For a non-believer, that’s pretty good. Very good, in fact. Let’s fill in the gaps with a little bit of Bible, shall we? No one is quite sure yet, but they think they got him. The military confirmed on Friday the elimination of Hezbollah communications network head Mohammad Rashid Sakafi. Wiping out Hamas was Step 1, dismantling Hezbollah is Step 2 now in progress, and bringing the war to a conclusion will be Step 3, the taking out of all nuclear capability in Iran. Their web site says “This once-in-a-generation opportunity serves as a moment to mend eroded trust and demonstrate that international cooperation can effectively achieve agreed goals and tackle emerging threats and opportunities.” Lol to the “mend eroded trust”, as it is themselves that have eroded it. They go on to say “The Summit will also produce a global digital compact and a declaration on future generations (Resolution 76/307) that will be annexed to the Pact.” Today we show you their plan for our future, and it will shock you to your core. We will also give you the latest updates on the war between Israel and Hamas, as well as the new front that h as broken out with Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Their counterparts in America are conducting pro-Hamas and pro-Palestinian rallies all over the country today, with New York City being the focal point. My heart breaks for the remaining hostages and their loved ones, but you are deceiving yourself if you think, for a second, that appeasing the people who kidnapped them will bring them home sooner. At Bethany Baptist Church this morning, my message was a hard one but so very necessary for the times we find ourselves in. There have been times, over the last 1,628 days of 15 days to flatten the curve, that a story presents itself that is clear and right in front of me, you couldn’t miss it if you tried, but I really don’t want to do it. Today’s Podcast is one such story. While I don’t believe the polls, it is true that at the very least, Comrade Kamala Harris has the wind at her back while Donald Trump continues to flounder badly. I don’t see it like that. To me, the assassin wasn’t aiming for his head, he intentionally hit his ear as a warning shot, letting Trump know that it was time to lay down and throw the fight. What proof do I offer of that? How about Trump’s announcement yesterday that he is now Pro-Choice, and telling reporters that he is in favor of Amendment 4 which would extend the timeframe in which an abortion could take place from the first 6 weeks all the way up to 24 weeks. Every Far Left Liberal in America is in favor of Amendment 4, and so is Donald Trump. I can come to no other conclusion than he is intentionally trying to lose the election, he just lost a massive chunk of his base with that announcement. On this episode, I am going to talk about a television show called ‘Scandal’, with its fictitious Black Ops group known as B613, and how lead character named Olivia Pope became the first black woman president of the United States of America. There are things in our Christian life that are not optional, things that we must go through in order to be brought closer to Jesus. Jesus Himself had a path to follow, and your King James Bible takes careful note of the many things that "He must" accomplish. That word "must" is a funny word, it's not found in the Greek or the Hebrew. The word translated as "must" is G1163 in your Strong's concordance, and it is the word "dei". In the Hebrew the word is "Asah", Strong's H6213. So where does the King James word "must" come from? It's "advanced revelation" to be sure. It's from the Latin word "mustum", and according to Webster's 1828, it means "New wine; wine pressed from the grape but not fermented." Where is the first place that the phrase "he must" appears? In Numbers 6:21 talking about what "he must do" who takes the vow of the Nazarite. Jesus had the vow of Nazarite, how's that for a coincidence? John the Baptist tells us that Jesus must increase, while he, the biblical forerunner of the Messiah, must decrease. My message today centers around the confidence that we have in Christ as the Bible tells us of all the things that "he must" do.

During the Pandemic, the Biden Harris administration decimated the US military by ordering Navy troops who did not want to receive the COVID vaccine to take it or be expelled. It not only destroyed morale, they lost important personnel and officers in the tens of thousands. Today the US Naval Institute is saying that “Military Sealift Command has drafted a plan to remove the crews from 17 Navy support ships due to a lack of qualified mariners to operate the vessels across the Navy.” Where did all the people go? They were Obamatized. This election has almost nothing to do with Kamala Harris, and everything to do with Barack Obama and his coming Communist agenda. Holocaust survivor Corrie Ten Boom had this to say about true biblical forgiveness. She said “forgiveness is setting the prisoner free, only to find out that the prisoner was me”. That is a great, all-purpose statement on forgiveness, but in the specific instance surrounding that quote, it was in relationship to the Nazi concentration camp guard who, after the war, approached her and told her he had gotten saved. That was stunning enough, but then he said, I am asking you to forgive me. Corrie froze, filled with justifiable hatred for the man who had killed her sister, and had almost killed her. What would you have done? On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are looking at some of the things that the Bible says will be present in the life any and every born again Christian who is doing their best to follow the Lord. One of those things is forgiveness, and the Bible is quite clear about what type of forgiveness that is. It is not a namby-pamby or wishy-washy type of forgiveness that you see out in the world. Rather, it is a biblical forgiveness based on how since God has forgiven you of your many trespasses against Him, a forgiveness made possible only by the atoning work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Corrie Ten Boom reached deep within herself to find the strength to forgive the Nazi guard, and came up quite empty. She had nothing but hate for him. But when she looked at it through the eyes of Jesus on the cross, when she looked into the scriptures, she found herself suddenly filled with a strength and a love that comes only from God, and she warmly and enthusiastically gave the man the right hand of Christian fellowship, looked him in the eyes and forgave him. We look at one of the hardest attributes to develop in the Christian life, forgiveness.

On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are looking at a date on the Hebrew calendar, the 9th day in the month of Av, to see some incredible things that have “coincidentally” happened on that date to the Jews. On the 9th of Av, the first Temple was destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar, the second Temple was destroyed in 70 AD by the Romans, the Bar Kochba revolt was stopped, killing 100,000 Jews, the Jews were expelled from Spain in 1290 AD, WWI started, deportations to the Treblinka concentration camp began in 1942 AD, and the deadly bombing the building of the AMIA (the Jewish community center in Buenos Aires, Argentina) which killed 86 people and wounded some 300 others. Iran and Hezbollah in Lebanon have been threatening for the past two weeks to attack Israel, and guess what tomorrow is? If you guessed the 9th of Av, you would be correct. On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we show you from the Bible the reasons for this recurring day of tragedy and sorrow for the Jews, and why it just might happen again tomorrow.

On this NTEB Sunday Service, my message is on the rapidly approaching shadows of the end times as we watch the dispensation of the Church Age coming to a close. Did you know what one thing that all dispensations have in common? They all end in man's utter failure and inability to follow what God has called them to do. For example, the Church which is the body of Christ is called to preach the gospel of the grace of God to a lost and dying world, are we doing it? Come on, man, we're asleep at the wheel as the bus is careening off the road. America is getting very close to electing a president and vice president that are the sworn enemies of the America I was raised in, a president and vice president that glory in everything the Bible calls wicked, evil and abominable. It is the spirit of Antichrist that empowers them, and not just the United States but around the world as well. The Church has become lukewarm as Jesus said it would be, and our dispensation is coming to an ignominious end. But if you're saved, you are still called to the fight in these closing moments, and it is to you that this message is aimed.

As of this writing, the world is watching and waiting for Iran, one of the sworn enemies of Israel, to attack the Jewish nation in their ongoing multi-generational hostilities. From its inception, Israel has always been surrounded by enemies as a ‘peculiar people’ and a ‘stranger in a strange land’. Being regathered back in 1948 did nothing to end the world’s distaste of the Jews, and they have been at war for the past 76 years. Even in Israel now, the Jews feel no peace and security, they on constantly on edge due to their enemies. But as you shall see, this is nothing new for them. That being the case, we would do well to go back to where the LORD appeared to Abraham to see what's going on. As it turns out, there is a ton of stuff for us to consider. In my Sunday Service message this morning at Bethany Baptist Church, I preached on the revealing of the man of sin and how it might happen differently that most Christians might imagine. At the First Advent, many people didn’t know what was going on even though it was clearly outlined in scripture. They were waiting for a King, and when they got a baby in the manger, they missed it. When the biblical man of sin is finally revealed, the majority of Christians will miss it because what they’ll be seeing just might be totally different from what they’re expecting. On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we look at scriptures and prophecy, Old and New Testament, related to the coming man of sin who becomes the son of perdition which is Antichrist. Outside of the Godhead, Satan and his anointed representative, Antichrist, are the most-talked about figures in the whole Bible. The apostle Paul shows us in 2 Thessalonians 2 that there are two things that must take place before the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church can take place. The first thing is that the major part of the professing body of Christ, saved Christians, fall away into error, apostasy and heresy because they refuse Bible doctrine. We see that now all around us, easy to understand. The second thing that must take place is the revealing of the man of sin just prior to him becoming the son of perdition. Ahh, that’s a little tricker than the first one, OK, a lot trickier. My message today is literally “ripped from the headlines’ about the times and seasons we right now find ourselves in. Just as first century Christians were not overly able to read prophecy and apply it to what was then happening, here in the 21st century it is equally daunting as well. The Days of Noah and the Days of Lot are forming and assembling themselves together for their “big moment” on the global stage, and you, Christian, are getting a foretaste of what’s coming for those who will be left behind.

Oh nothing much, just the outrageous false claim that the Pretribulation Rapture, that blessed hope that Paul shows us, is nothing but an end times deception designed to make Christians unprepared to meet the Antichrist. The worst part? John Rich wasn’t just looking to promote his private interpretation, he was looking to steal your blessed hope! And like Oswald, this whole thing is a set-up that stinks, and gets stinkier the longer you look at it. Joe Biden 5 days before the shooting, told his mega-donors in a private call that “it’s time to put Trump in a bullseye”. Politico says they have the recording. There is the local cop who spots erstwhile assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks on the roof, and does nothing to stop him. Then we have the Secret Service agents who have Crooks in their sights, and they wait 42 seconds before taking him out. Why??? They didn’t fire until after Thomas Matthew Crooks got off 8 rounds that wounded one, killed another, and shot out the ear of Donald Trump. And what about that 2023 Black Rock commercial that shows Thomas Matthew Crooks in a Pennsylvania high school classroom? What are the chances of that being made and then having Trump nearly assassinated buy the kid in the Black Rock commercial. Oh, Black Rock removed that video from their site on Sunday. The deeper you go, the deeper it gets. That civil war we talk a lot about just got another giant step closer.

White House residents and Hollywood megastars shared the stage inside Los Angeles’ Peacock Theater on Saturday night for what turned out to be a record-setting Democratic fundraising haul as President Biden‘s reelection campaign netted more than $30 million from the one-night-only event. In your King James Bible, the word ‘persecution’ appears 10 times, once in Lamentations for the Tribulation, and 9 times in the New Testament. Our apostle Paul mentions ‘persecution’ 4 times in his writings. So it would appear that a fairly healthy chunk of the references apply to us, here and now. On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are looking at biblical persecution of Christians by the Roman government, historic persecution of Christians by the Roman Catholic Church, and persecution in general as a prophesied ongoing condition of the Christian church. Here in America in 2024, there is no open persecution of Christians in particular that I am aware of, and as a Christian for the past 33 years, I have not suffered any of it. But there is something that needs to be said about staying silent for the Lord because we know that there would be consequences. For example, on your job you may see egregious things taking place, especially during Pride Month, things you know you should be a witness against, and you don’t because it could affect your next raise, your next promotion, or the overall security of your job in general. I think this is what Paul has in mind when he writes about persecution in the life of Christians.

We told you how Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman chose to not renew their Petro Dollar contract with the United States, something that gave America supreme financial dominance around the world over the past half century. Now the US will have to compete with the Chinese RMB, Euros, Yen, and Yuan, but that’s not the worst of it. CBDC with its human-implantable microchip implications is coming like a freight train. If you spend any time at all listening to Evangelicals like Andy Stanley, at some point you will hear them use the phrase ‘clobber passages’ when talking about Bible verses that are tough to hear, problematic and highly convicting. They are called ‘clobber verses’ because of their blunt impact upon the hearer, so much so that they are avoided to a fairly high degree by the same Evangelicals who named them ‘clobber passages’ in the first place. The word of God is called a ‘sword’ for a reason. On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we look at many of the so-called clobber verses, that touch on a variety of topics and subjects, and are in the Bible for our sanctification. What the evangelicals call a clobber passage, the Bible calls conviction, and yes, they can be tough to hear especially if it’s about something we might be struggling with at the time we hear it. For the most part, the ‘clobber passages’ are Genesis 19:1-38; Leviticus 18:22, 20:13; Romans 1:25-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; 1 Timothy 1:9-10 and Jude 6-7. But that’s largely as it relates to the LGBTQ crowd, there are a number of clobber passages for heterosexuals as well and we will look at those. God wrote the Bible for our edification, sanctification and learning, we need not be afraid of any passages whether they ‘clobber’ or not.
