In this episode MisKnickers is joined by resident Our Kink button-pusher Loke, to discuss an incredible innovation in kink safety. We speak with special guest Elle, who is part of team developing a new app called No Grey. In what is more than likely a world first, No Grey aims to enhance the way we negotiate, and gives users the opportunity to lay out the framework and boundaries of each scene negotiation for all participants with ease.

We were really excited to learn more about No Grey, and Elle talked us through its features, as well as giving us some examples of how the app can be used, from sharing broad interests to begin a discussion to negotiating specifics of a scene, indicating our experience levels with different tools and types of play, through setting limits and goals to ensure participants understand their roles and responsibilities thoroughly.

We also delved into some background to understand better how the idea came about, why Elle thinks you should try the app, and what you can expect in terms of ease of use, accessibility, and security of the app.

Part One of the discussion, which you can find here, focused on the panelists' introduction to the world of pro-kink, work/life balance, the pros and cons of stage names vs real names, and some travel tips for kinksters.

In part two, the participants discuss their training and experiences, technology and the evolution of the industry, advice for newcomers, and they also look at some of the improvements they have witnessed, or been a part of, in their work. This includes some rare insights into the history of professional BDSM and kink work in Australia. The discussion was informative, passionate, funny at times, and engaging throughout.

In what’s been a traditionally underground industry, recent technology, pop-culture, and psychiatry have created some massive changes for the whole BDSM/Kink Community. In this fascinating Panel Q&A and Forum Event we opened the door and invited you in to join an exploration into the pro-BDSM, fetish and kink world, and discuss how these changes affect those who have careers within it.

We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased to be able to present a booked out event and those who attended were treated to an entertaining and engaging evening from our illustrious panel of pro-kink/BDSM experts as we look at some of their history and experiences in the industry, explored developments such as the evolution of pro-kink training and the lessons learned over time, discussed the impact of the internet, and much, much more.
