He ran to Paris in 4 days to support Parkinson's UK and SSAFA(the armed forces charity) and has participated on running panels and presented for the popular youtube page, The Running Channel. He is the co-founder of vertex 33, a community that develops ideas to better the world through collective courage and social good. Vertex is currently raising money for charities and causes. Some of which include Pakistan Floods Appeal, Afghanistan Emergency Relief & Hope for Haiti.
