Woody is absent but Jy has two guests to make up for it with Castleford Tigers forward Adam Milner and Bradford teammate Matty Wildie joining 'The Postman' in the studio.

It's referee week at Rugby AM and, after Rob Hicks joined Alex Simmons and JJB in the studio for this week's Rugby AM show, fellow top referee Ben Thaler joined Jy Hitchcox and Paul Wood for what Woody dubbed "the most exciting podcast we've been involved in."
