Mining for Gold Podcast

In this wonderful episode, I have the privilege of interviewing Japie and Frances Lubbe, from George, South Africa, and how the teaching on the Redemptive Gifts (from Romans 12:4-8) personally blessed them with greater freedom, fulfillment and fruit (impact). Frances and Japie founded the Family Transformation Center (FTC), a healing center in the southern Cape of SA. The mission of the FTC is to see people set free to flourish in their relationships with God and others.

In this fun podcast, I share the key reasons why all of creation, and everyone around you needs you to be who God created you to be. You are God's workmanship, His masterpiece, (Eph. 2:10) that He created and fashioned to be a blessing to those around you and to the world. It is a critically important thing for you to be you. In this episode, Tom brings his perspective on the tragic events that took place this week at the US Capitol in Washington, DC, when certain rioters broke into the hallowed governmental building. The violence that followed took place resulted in chaos, several deaths and a threat to the peaceful transition of power to a new president. Tom shares 5 Lessons we can learn about operating in our Redemptive Gifts from the story that unfolded at the Capitol.

When you begin to align your time and effort with how God designed you, you begin to experience a flow and momentum that is remarkable. God created uniquely created you to have certain gifts and strengths. Your role is to submit those gifts to Him so He can accomplish His work through you. In this podcast, I will share some key principles of how we can live from our God-given design. Hope it is helpful.

Gold is rarely found lying on the ground. It is most often found deep in the ground where it takes great skill to retrieve it. The same is true for the people around us. The gold that God has placed inside of them can sometimes be hidden deep inside their heart.
