Someone asked me how I deal with anxiety, depression, anger, fear and so many more of life's issues. The simple answer is, I run to God's word. God will and has equipped you for every good work. There is nothing you will go through, that God hasn't placed the answer inside of you. All you have to do is seek his guidance.

2 Timothy 3:14-17 - 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15 and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Don't confuse provision for promise! People, places, and things, often times come into our lives for a season, as well as character development. Character development is the process of being able to recognize God's hand in your life. The recognition of his hand in your life, enables you to let go of people, places & things, that are not of or like him. Know, the promises of God are yes and amen. Hang on to this promise and learn to let go of the temporary provision!

They say anger will reveal a person's true character! At times, life and my day-to-day interactions cause me to question people's shady behaviors and their solidarity. Through character development, God has taught me how to hold, myself at a standard despite people's actions and behaviors towards me. This week I'll teach you how stay in rare form as well!

As a trauma response, my toxic trait was not allowing the people God sent to my life; to aid me in purpose. I was scared to let people close to me and questioned their care and love. God had to remind me that he's with me, and has given me the tools, I need to see people for who they really are.

Galatians 5:22-23 - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance.

1. Is it out of my control and if it is; Why haven't I given it fully, to God.

2. Why haven't I changed the circumstances or environment?

Before God elevates you, he has to bring you to a place of contentment, wanting nothing. He has to send you through the character development process, which is used to gracefully break you, so that when you enter into what it is you've been praying for, you don't mishandle the blessing, or fall into the enemy's traps and distractions. This week I discuss my struggles, in which had to be broken, in order to reach a place of contentment and peace.

James 1:3-4 - Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

The sexual sins of my bloodline caused me to engage in unacceptable behavior, as well as forge perverse trauma bonds until God delivered me!

Lately I've had to catch myself because I started to do toxic things out of pettiness and hurt. The Holy Spirit had to check and remind me that it is he who lives within me and that I'm called to pray for those that spitefully use me.

For a while, the enemy used false humility, as a way to silence my confidence. God told me to stop walking in false humility because you don't want to offend people, with who I called you to be. People will be intimidated and that's not your concern. Unapologetically Walk in your God appointed authority, as you were fearfully and wonderfully made!

2 Corinthians 12:9 - But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

In this episode, I reflect on how much God has changed me. The things that use to amuse me, or grab my attention no longer interests me. I no longer feed into negative energy, which in turns allows me to earnestly pray for my enemies. God has and is, continually working on me. When you are walking, in God the enemy will try to fill your spirit, with this nagging feeling of loneliness and heaviness. At times you feel like doing the right thing is exhausting when people and situations try you on a daily. It's a constant war between your flesh and spirit; what you know by the word to be right vs. what your emotions tell you are right.

Galations 5:7 - For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want.

God gave me the revelation of the rocket launching into space. When you ascend into God you began a transformation, which causes you to lose people and things who will keep you from rising. This will make you feel lonely at times. Be not weary in well doing, and continue to walk upright!

Faith is character building in action. with this in mind, the words says that the just shall live by faith. So, the next time you think about the how God isn't moving fast enough, let the remembrance of how much faith it took to get you to where you are now, settle in your spirit. You are living in a previous prayer, Hold tight to your faith knowing that God hears your prayers and is faithful to give you what you need in his timing!

This week is a heart to heart, coming to you as your saved homegirl, to give advice and drop some knowledge! In getting feedback from the show, a lot of you guys have asked me how doI stay so positive and encouraging. Erin, you seem so happy and unbothered. Truth is I get tired, but my constant prayer is

Psalms 19:13-14 which says - 13 Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. 14 May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight.

I’m in constant prayer, so I don’t give into the thoughts of my flesh. Truth is I once was an over thinker and over planner because I was afraid to fail. Now, when I catch myself overthinking, I quote the words back to myself and I rehearse them over and over until my flesh and spirit lines up with the word of God!

Matthew 4:4 - Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.

People often ask me, how to go about finding their individual, unique purpose, if it’s not obvious to them? They want to know, Is it something you develop naturally, or over the course of a lifetime. So, here’s my answer to this question….

Ephesians 2:10- For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared “beforehand” that we should walk in them.

Everything that you've ever gone through up until now, God used it to prepare you for purpose.

When things in life doesn’t go as expected, or I feel like God has forgotten about me, I ask God to send someone to speak into my life. I desire a prophetic word. This in mind, the bible is an ALIVE AND ACTIVE WORD. Scriptures is Gods prophetic word for your life, and that’s past, present, and future. That being said, this episode is a prophetic reminder to you and to myself, to hang onto Gods ACTIVE promises, spoken over your life!

At times I feel mentally depleted. I feel tired and my mind is everywhere. God reminded me that in his presence, there is joy and that I needed to have an extended one-on-one session with him. He also gave me the text in Matthew where he was led into the wilderness and Satan tried to use overthinking as a form of mental torment to mentally deplete him. He resisted with the word. And the angels of God ministered to his spirit. God says he wants to do the same for you! When you feel mentally or spiritually low, it's a clear indication that you need a recharge, by way of the presence of God.

Have you ever had something bad happen, or possibly something you're currently going through, that made you question God, and all of his existence, and maybe even question your own, self-existence. What's happening is, that the enemy is trying to steal your identity. Your identity is your purpose in God. The time of assault often times start as early as childhood. The enemy uses these traumatic experiences, to try and smother the promise, that God has spoken over your life. He knows, that most people will blame this trauma on God. Have you ever had something bad happen, or possibly something you're currently going through, that made you question God, and all of his existence, and maybe even question your own, self-existence. What's happening is, that the enemy is trying to steal your identity. Your identity is your purpose in God. The time of assault often times start as early as childhood. The enemy uses these traumatic experiences, to try and smother the promise, that God has spoken over your life. He knows, that most people will blame this trauma on God. In this message, we hope to aid in the healing of trauma, by sharing our personal experiences, and how we overcome by our testimonies.

Different seasons and important life events can bring out feelings of depression, loneliness and discouragement, due to abandonment and rejection, for many different reasons. I pray that from this moment forward, of hearing this message, that God fills your future seasons with the hope and love. More specifically, I pray that God blesses you with a village of people who pour into you mentally, spiritually and physically!

As you fight the good fight of faith, you will find that oftentimes we are in situations in which we suffer and are in the absolute right standing in God. People, places, things and opportunities are snatched away, leaving us feeling bitter and angry at God. We have questions like, how could God let this happen to me? Wasn't I faithful? Does God even care that I'm hurting? Let this message serve as a reminder, that it's ok to get angry with God. When you get Mad at God Vent, but don't Quit!!! God's ways are not our ways, nor is his thoughts our thought. Know that whatever your facing is in Gods divine plan. Lean not into your own understanding and trust in that plan!

Romans 8:28-And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Proverbs 24:16 is an encouraging verse that says, “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again

Often times we feel like, we keep falling into the same sinful acts or just can't get it right mentally, with God! But he remains faithful, even in our wrongdoing! His son, Jesus was tempted in every way and even experienced the same mental burdens, that we carry. That is why, he loves and intercedes on our behalf. He knows the difficulties we face, in this world.  So, when you feel like you just can't get right with God, he has you right where he wants you. God wants you to know that his grace is given, and not earned. You are loved, inspite of your faults!!!

1 Corinthians 10:13- The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

Many of us let conflict and trauma lead us to believe that Christianity is the white man's religion; this leaves us with the question as to why, we should serve the white man's God? If Christ cared so much, then why does he let certain situations and circumstances happen, in our life. The fact of the matter is that the enemy, will distort your connection and perception of the Bible and Church, through trauma and conflict, to make you miss out on the benefit of God's presence. Don't get caught up in the trend! Regardless of people and circumstances, GOD IS GOD ALL BY HIMSELF!!! Run towards his love and grace!!!

Isaiah 55:8-9
