When you have experienced Jesus, you have something that the world needs to hear about.

Caught up in the middle of the battle between God and Satan, we must be aware of how Satan tries to get us away from what God calls us to do and who He calls us to be. Today, we are going to look in Revelation at the deception that will take place and will be reminded to be faithful and to persevere as we settle for nothing less than Jesus.

When we are anxious, we are looking at the world around us and occasionally glancing at God. What we need to be doing is focusing on God and simply glancing at the world.

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Philippians 4:4 NIV

Bottom Line: When we suffer, the Suffering Servant walks with us and will use our suffering to make us more like Him.

God has paid the price for us to be defined by His grace rather than by our failures.

The blood of Christ connects us to God and to each other.

Because Jesus is who He says He is, we must continue to meet together to continue to become the person and the Church God is creating us to be.

When we trust and obey God, Jesus is glorified.

Follow Abraham's example and say, "Yes!" to God.

Through Jesus, we are called friends of God.

Do not go back to what holds you captive. You are free to be free.

God goes with you, so stand firm knowing He is on your side.

God created you, He knows you, so when He calls you, He qualifies you.

Make sure to thank those who protected you and watched over you in your spiritual life. Then, make sure you are doing the same for others.

We know the end of the story, so be prepared.

God is far more qualified to sit on the throne of our lives than we are. So get up and let Him have the seat!

Be willing to work hard to do the right thing for the right reason.

What you talk about indicates what you worship. Make sure you are talking about God.

By connecting, growing, and serving we have living faith that impacts our church and our world.

Possessing knowledge does not equate wisdom.

Everyone is created in the image of God for a purpose. Invite them to "come and see" through your words and actions.

Trials and temptations will come. Keep wisdom by focusing on what is from God and pass the test.

Today we begin a study on the book of James with a series entitled Wise Guys (And Gals).
