Years later in 2001, a museum tpo Handel was about to open when members of the Handel House Trust saw the apparition of a woman.

The battle of Edgehill was the 1st major battle of the English Civil War which took place in Warwickshire in 1642. On Christmas Eve of that same year, a group of shepherd's witnessed the ghosts from the battle, re-enacted that day. This is the only English haunting that has been recorded as legitimate.

This 16th Century Manor House was bought in 1919 by Charles Paget Wade, an architect, artist and poet. He collected and showed 22,000 objects in the house which is known to be haunted by a girl in a green dress, a monk, a swordsman and Charles Wade himself
