What happens when you get a dozen or so Positively Michael members in a Vegas hotel room at 2 AM after a night of drinking and MJ One? We’re not quite sure, but this is it. This isn’t a typical show, but a special little glimpse into our Las Vegas adventure for all of our cherished listeners. We interviewed key members of the creative team behind The Ultimate Thriller, the massively ambitious, passionate, and successful MJ Tribute, before they hit the road for their first North American Tour. Included in this interview are Robert Hyman, producer and drummer for the show, Lavelle Smith Jr., choreographer for the show and principal dancer for Michael Jackson during the "Bad", "Dangerous", and "HIStory" tours, Michael Prince, the show's audio consultant and Michael Jackson's recording engineer and audio superviser for all live and TV performances, and finally, Jillie Jean, who handles the marketing for the show and is also working on an exciting blog from the inside!

- A really bizarre anti-American propaganda video came out featuring "We are the World," a song Michael wrote to promote peace and charity. I don't like it and complain about it here!

- Roger Friedman published a big update on the goings-on in the lives of the Jackson siblings and cousins.

- The Civil Trial is coming! I've got an update on depositions, a possible interview between Conrad Murray and Anderson Cooper, and the possible inclusion of Prince Rogers Nelson (The Artist Formally Known as, etc.) as a witness.

News Briefs: Wrongful Death Lawsuit vs. AEG Live

-Prince and Paris Jackson were deposed for the wrongful death lawsuit vs. AEG Live. Blanket was not deposed but AEG may still choose to call him to the stand.

-Conrad Murray is refusing to testify in the wrongful death lawsuit and will exercise his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.

-The Jacksons' are allegedly heavily relying on an e-mail AEG Live co-CEO Paul Gongaware wrote 11 days before Jackson's death to prove that Murray received pressure from AEG to pressure Michael to perform, despite his physical condition.

Michael’s former manager most likely won’t be getting commissions from the Estate.

Katherine’s claims against AEG have been thrown out, but the suit against AEG Live is still moving forward with a start date of April 1^st. Sources say Prince is planning to testify.
