None of us can escape grief, trauma or pain. But with God all things can be mended and dealt with in an appropriate way. We don't have to let the pain control us, but we man manage it and still live our best lives. This was a wonderful discussion

We had an awesome dialogue about hurting in the Body of Christ. Sometimes, we are the one's hindering or healing not God or others. Dr. Gerald Smith Jr. and I went deep into the dilemma and I pray it brings clarity and stability to you.

A recent survey said, 70% of pastors say they have a lower self-esteem now than when they entered ministry, 70% constantly fight depression, 75% of pastors report being “extremely stressed” or “highly stressed” and 70% do not have someone they consider a close friend. Pastors are in need of therapy, counseling and help as well. Although they are called and anointed by God they are not exempt from the stresses of life.

Had a productive conversation and dialogue with a School Psychologist about the mental health of our young people in the home, schools and the local church. They don't have to suffer alone.

Hello everyone, I did a wonderful and spectacular interview with Pastor LaTracey about the stigmas of mental health/illness in her personal life. Such a healthy needed conversation.

We've all experienced grief and trauma in our lives. It's not what happens to us it's how we process and responds to it. God can heal us from any pain we've experienced regardless of how much it hurts.

Another great episode where I interview a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor and we discuss productive ways to deal with anxiety. 

Our second episode on this particular topic of overcoming failure. It is a process and if we embrace the process God will get the glory out of our lives. We will become better, stronger and more effective.

Dr. Dianna and I discuss what failure is and how to practically overcome failures in our lives. Failure is a mindset while failing is a moment.
