In this new series, we dive into the powerful journey of becoming impervious to external pressures. The foundation of this message is built on several prophecies I received from Holy Spirit over the span of more than 15 years, all describing the process Jesus takes us through to set us free from being manipulated or controlled by anyone or anything. I won’t sugarcoat it - this journey hasn’t always been easy. It’s been downright crazy at times, as the light of truth revealed the many things that had control over me. But while freedom isn’t always fun or comfortable, it is more than worth it. True freedom isn’t about controlling your external environment, but about being led from within, making spirit-led decisions regardless of the situation. In this episode, we unpack the core idea of this journey and how we can live above the pressures of life by operating from the inside out. The message of the Gospel is salvation (translated from the Greek sozo), but what does that mean and when does it happen? It’s far more than just going to Heaven when we die. In part 2 of “The Secret Power of the Gospel,” we examine the magnitude of the word “sozo” (seen in the New Testament 108 times), the right-now reality of salvation and Heaven, and what, exactly, we have been set free from. “Everything is perfect.” We live in a world system that has programmed us to live independently from God and be our own source, so when life hits us with storms and challenges, we make it mean something bad about ourselves or we call it an attack.  But, what if circumstances and trials are happening for us? We live in a reconciled universe - all of creation was reconciled on the cross and is moaning and conspiring for our manifestation as sons of God. Part 3 of “Drop the Charges,” is a focused exploration of the doctrine of original sin versus the introduction of judgment into the human race at the fall as the source of our fallen identity. Scripturally speaking, human judgment, which came from eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, is the root of sin - not our inherent nature or behaviors. In this episode: • How wrong doctrines are formed (and have been since the Garden) • What the Bible says happened in the Garden at the fall (“sin” isn’t part of the story) • The perception of oneness and union that was lost • The tree of the knowledge of good and evil brought shame, fear, judgment, and self-righteousness • We were not born into sin, but into a world system that is steeped in separation from God (“alienated from God…in your minds”) • The Father sees us as innocent, wrapped in Christ; He didn’t change His perception of us at the fall, we did • We need to agree with how God sees us It’s not sin that was introduced at the fall. In episode 2 of “Drop the Charges,” we dive into some controversial waters. As I share my journey of detoxing from religion and separation from God, my intention is to wake you up and give you permission to question doctrines that seem to be at the heart of the church, but are at odds with the Gospel. Consider it an invitation to be led by the Holy Spirit to find out, “Where did these doctrines come from?” Why? Because some long held doctrines are really just toxic theology. For example, the doctrine of original sin - that there is something wrong with us from the moment we are born, that we are inherently evil, that we are not worthy of God in this life or the next unless we follow certain rules. This is toxic theology because it distorts our image of ourselves and God. It has us come to God out of fear (of death, hell, and punishment). And it keeps us, and everyone else, separate from Him. The “Drop the Charges” series is intended to give you a massive revelation of this scandalous reality: You. Are. Innocent. And so is everyone else. In this first episode, we examine the scriptural foundation for this reality, and drop some other huge bombs of Gospel goodness, including: * God’s opinion of us is settled – we are blameless, innocent, and righteous * God has already done the redeeming work, through Christ, to make us blameless and innocent * The redemption that happened on the Cross happened for everyone – an atoning sacrifice, once and for ALL * Judgment, or eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, infected the entire human race with a distorted self-image at the fall * But, Jesus came to annihilate our relationship with the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and remove sin * Now, judgment has no place in the new creation * And so much more! In January, God’s word over 2023 was, “The best is not yet to come, it’s NOW!” February’s word is a reminder and instruction (a command even) for us to get ahold of the power and creative force of our words. If we are going to experience, “the best is NOW,” then we are going to have to talk like, “the best is NOW!”  “Mean what you say and say what you mean.” The seen realm is speech activated and responds to Jesus, including Him in us. God is telling us, “Say what I’m saying.”  This is going to require us to elevate our speech and develop integrity with our words (see the Walking in the Spirit series about the power of the tongue).  We are one with Jesus and His glory in us is released through the power of our tongue and faith-filled words. This first podcast of 2023 is hot ! In this episode I’ll be sharing what the Father is speaking over this year.  This episode is so jam-packed with Gospel meat, I hardly know how to summarize it!  Part of the word is, “divine reset,” meaning a reset and upgrade in the operating system of our hearts and minds. (If you’re not sure what that means, don’t worry, I really unpack it!) What you can accomplish in 2023 is going to depend on your operating system, your ability to resist sin-consciousness, accusations, or any test that comes against your righteousness in Christ. The accusations that come up from this divine reset are going to test what you believe, what you will allow yourself to receive, and how you will either accuse or resist the accusations against you (from yourself and others). But these accusations are an opportunity to rise up in your identity, rise up in your revelation of your life IN Christ and your union WITH the Resurrected King of Kings! What’s coming next is the best. I heard God saying, “The best is not yet to come, the best is NOW. It’s time. It’s Now. It’s now, it’s now, it’s now.”  It’s time to get out of the boat, to be bold, to do whatever that next step is for you…He is doing something NOW. It’s time to step into radical righteousness, radical obedience, radical giving, and radical sacrifice. The Earth has need of who you are. There is a demand for what you carry. And it is now. It is now. In the final episode of, “Manifestation Mastery,” we talk about the most important key, not only for manifesting, but for life.  There is a tendency to not be happy or satisfied until we get what we are wanting to manifest, but manifestation is not a work or something we do to be happy. Keeping your joy and peace, regardless if you’re seeing the manifestations or not, and staying happy in the midst of wanting things to change or needing things to manifest is crucial. As Christians, being happy and satisfied, regardless of external circumstances, is what differentiates us from the world. Part 5 of, “Manifestation Mastery,” was recorded right on the heels of a loss in my own life, a healing miracle that did not manifest for a dear friend, so I really dive into the question, “What do we do when there is no manifestation - no healing, no miracle? What do we do with failure?” When there is a loss or a failure, the tendency is to place blame - on God, ourselves, and others. But a loss doesn’t change the miracle working power of God, and failures don’t change the call of God on our lives to do the same and greater works than Jesus. In failure, we need to bring humility to Jesus and let Him teach us. It is an opportunity to learn from the Master. In this episode:  * Mastery is a process and requires practice * Be careful of judgments when there is a loss or a failure * ‘Failure’ is the greatest place of learning and a sacred place where true mastery is forged * The importance of humility, pressing in, and staying teachable * Getting on the Father’s agenda  * Partnering with Holy Spirit to learn the lessons The most important thing to remember in the face of loss or failure is this: Scripture is still true. In, “Manifestation Mastery, Part 4,” we take a deeper look at what to do in the space of waiting between when we ask for our desire, and when it manifests. Most of us have a poor relationship with and resistance to this space of waiting and patience. This is where doubt will start to creep in, where we will go back to asking for it, where we will say, “it’s not working,” or we will try to start working for it, rather than resting in faith. But this space between desire and manifestation is a sacred space, not a negative one. It’s a holy place of rest and peace where much growth and transformation happen. Part 3 of, “Manifestation Mastery,” gets to the heart of one of the biggest challenges of manifesting - what to do when ‘it’s not working.’ I put quotes around that because it’s always working. The principle of manifestation is always happening. I’m usually not big on formulas, especially when it involves Jesus, but the truth is there is a science to manifesting. In fact, manifestation is a law – like gravity. In part 3 of, “Love School,” we examine the doctrine of inclusion, the timelessness of God, and the programmed judgment we all have. These, combined with 1 John 3 in the Mirror translation, help us understand what Jesus accomplished on the cross and how it leads to a life of unconditional love. What Jesus did was the undoing of a judgmental, right and wrong, self-righteous system. He is the verdict that puts all of humanity on the same level. All there is to do is hear the Gospel, believe it, and awaken to it. This episode is packed full of meat and revelation! In part 2 of, “Love School,” we examine the parable of the prodigal son to really get a picture of what keeps us from receiving the Father’s unconditional love. Both sons, like most of us, were living under the illusion of separation from their father. Both were operating out of self-righteousness, independence, and judgment. The prodigal judged himself as unworthy of returning to his father’s house because of his sin. The elder brother judged himself as righteous and deserving of his inheritance, while judging his younger brother and being offended at the celebration thrown for him by their father. Through this parable we see that it is performance-based self-righteousness, independence, and judgment, of ourselves or others as worthy or unworthy, that hinder our experience of the Father’s unconditional love. And this is what Jesus came to abolish. We belong to God’s family because of Jesus, not because we are good, deserving, or worthy. Jesus is the reason we have access to sonship. We can’t earn the love of God, and we can’t squander it away. Rejection is simply not a godly principle. The proclamation of the Gospel is that God’s love is free, and it has been decided (without our participation or permission). It is a license to be loved. It is an invitation to the party, an invitation to be a son. So, let’s drop the judgment, put on the royal robes, and enjoy the party as we celebrate what God has done for us! God’s love, His core nature, gets muddled up by religion, sin-consciousness, and our focus on what is wrong instead of what is right. Religion is based in judgment, in the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. But love isn’t judgment-based, it’s judgment-free. Love is the ruling force of the universe. It’s unconditional, and it can’t be earned. In this first episode of, “Love School,” we see how love is the core of our being, and until we drop the lens of separation and really get that we are one with Love Itself, we’ll view Scripture as a list of to-dos, we’ll think love is something we have to do rather than who we are in Christ and what we get to receive and experience. In part 3 of, “Union Police,” we talk about how our self- and sin-consciousness frame our perception and experience of reality, and how the Gospel is the death of self-consciousness because it is the end of sin (therefore the end of sin-consciousness).  Yet, many of us haven’t heard the Gospel as good news, because we read Scriptures from a lens of guilt rather than innocence, from performance rather than total reconciliation. Many Christians think of eternal life as something we get after we die, but in part 2 of, “Union Police,” we examine how Jesus defines eternal life and the right-now-reality of it.  In John 17:3, Jesus says, “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” Eternal life is knowing God and knowing Jesus. Eternal life is oneness with God. It happens as we abide in Him, and it is a moment by moment reality. Separation is an illusion and a false identity. Sin-consciousness, guilt, shame, and a performance-based relationship with God don’t exist anywhere except in our own minds (Col. 1:21). Every problem we face stems from the ultimate foundational lie that we are separate from God. I also drop some pretty heavy realities in this episode, including:  Nothing exists outside of Christ The redemptive and completed work - the reconciliation of all things - that Jesus accomplished on the cross What life looks like when you believe the reality of your union with Jesus - everything falls off except Love It’s exhausting to be sin-focused, to try and be pleasing to God, to toil to be good apart from Christ, to try to be righteous and perform for acceptance. But, when you recognize that it is finished, and there is nothing apart from Christ, you can rest.  When you understand the eternal truth and spiritual reality of what Jesus has done and wake up to who we all are - a chosen, reconciled child of God - you will see everything and everyone differently. You will, by default, fulfill the commandment to love God, yourself, and others. You will be known for your love instead of your judgment. You will experience LOVE Himself.
