Hi, hello, everyone - our lives had us occupied but we could finally assemble to record another episode.

Dhruv and Soumya join us for this episode where we each discuss a favourite film from the past year. This is the first episode of a few of these (we hope to record and upload those soon) because 2023 was a great year for films and we loved many movies (we haven't even seen all the movies we wanted to).

We are back after a delay to discuss BARBENHEIMER - the phenomenon and the films, with two friends - Oppenheimer-rewatch record setter Shaswata and Dhruv from The Queen is Dead podcast.

On this episode of Talking Pictures, we talk about one of our favourite genre of movies - the film-noir! We discuss our love for noir films and the perpetual relevance and pull of noirs due to their ambiguous characters and intriguing features.
