Anantika is a Human Resources professional, currently working in London in the banking and financial services. Her tryst with psychology started about ten years back, working with different psychiatrists through university and designing life skills workshops for adolescents. Having read about different biases, when Anantika first realised the many self-restricting ones that were at play in her everyday life and pulling her back from realising her true potential, she delved deeper into the subject. Since then she has written and spoken about these to spread awareness and continues to uncover the multiple biases we are susceptible to in our everyday lives.
