On the 59th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, Steve Wright from the Podder Than Hell Podcast, review the 1985 album from Bon Jovi, "7800 Fahrenheit." 7800 Fahrenheit is Bon Jovi's second studio album. The young band continued the same basic formula as their debut album. The band was led by charismatic frontman Jon Bon Jovi who was the primary songwriter. Richie Sambora the guitarist also helped write songs with Jon and you could see the beginnings of this legendary duo. David Bryan on keyboards also helped with a few songs. Alec John Such and Tico Torres rounded out the rhythm section. The album was produced by Lance Quinn. The album continued where their debut left off, with some rockers, mid-tempo songs and a ballad. Jon continued his hard working ways to craft an album in between consecutive non stop tours. 7800 Fahrenheit is a polarizing album often panned by Jon, but loved by the fans, especially songs like, In And Out Of Love & Tokyo Road. The album did go platinum and features 3 MTV Videos. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. They then rank the album and the album cover against the previous albums reviewed on the Album Review Crew. This was Zeus' pick. This week Tom & Zeus celebrate their 300th episode with their review of the 1976 legendary album from KISS, "Destroyer!" This was KISS' 4th studio album and the 24th and LAST KISS studio album reviewed by SIOL. KISS was riding high after their live album "Alive" broke through and went gold. The power and energy of a live KISS show was the missing ingredient to get KISS their big break. Not wanting to rest on their recent success, the band brought producer Bob Ezrin from Alice Cooper fame in to help them "get to the next level." Ezrin was like no producer KISS ever had before or since. Bringing the best out of the members and co-writing 7 of the 9 tracks, Ezrin's fingerprints were all over Destroyer. Destroyer was very different then the previous raw three albums. This album had choirs, ghost players, a ballad, orchestras and even a calliope. The final result was KISS most commercial, critically acclaimed and perhaps polarizing album. The album features some of KISS most legendary songs, including, Detroit Rock City, God Of Thunder, Shout It Out Loud, Beth and more. As usual the guys breakdown and analyze the tracks and rank the songs SIOL style. As always, they then compare the album and album cover and rank it against the previous studio albums reviewed. On the 58th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, Brad Rusthoven from the Slamfest Podcast, review the 1990 debut album from Mother Love Bone, "Apple." Mother Love Bone has legendary status amongst grunge fans. The band was formed in Seattle from another legendary early grunge band, Green River. The band was led by charismatic frontman and main songwriter, Andrew Wood. Guitarist Stone Gossard of Green River and latter Pearl Jam on rhythm and lead guitar and Bruce Fairweather on lead and rhythm guitar as well. Jeff Ament previously of Green River and later of Pearl Jam fame on bass and Greg Gilmore on drums. The album was a mixture of alt rock, glam metal and future grunge. Hard hitting lyrics which also showed a lighter and more fun side of the "Seattle Sound." Mother Love Bone was one of the earliest Seattle bands to be destined for greatness with their debut album coming on a major label. However, Andrew Wood's death from heroin overdose on March 19, 1990 was tragic end of this upcoming band. The album was released a few months later on July 19, 1990. A tribute album/band, Temple Of The Dog further created the legend of Mother Love Bone as did the breakout of Pearl Jam shortly thereafter. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. They then rank the album and the album cover against the previous albums reviewed on the Album Review Crew. This was Tom's pick. This week Tom & Zeus welcome Podcaster, Comic and Musician, Izzy Presley for a Paul Stanley 1970's Draft! The SIOL KISS Draft is back. This is KISS Draft XIII and the guys enlisted Izzy Presley comic, musician from the Ace Frehley Tribute Band, "Ack!" and host of the podcast, Another FN Podcast to help with the draft of Paul Stanley KISS songs from the 1970's. The KISS draft is similar to fantasy football drafts, where each person drafts 10 Paul Stanley songs in KISS from the 1970's. This week Tom Zeus review the legendary 1975 appearance by KISS on the T.V. show The Midnight Special. The Midnight Special was a late night musical variety show that ran on NBC from 1973 to 1981 after the Tonight Show on Friday nights, starting at 1:00 AM. KISS recorded four songs on April 1, 1975 just after they released Dressed To Kill. They performed 4 songs, Deuce, C'mon And Love Me (which never aired), She and Black Diamond. This legendary performance is KISS at its early inception. Hungry, raw and dangerous. Their look and performance can only be described as jaw dropping. On the 57th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, lead guitarist and songwriter from the band Restrayned, Tony Musallam review the 1984 self titled debut album from W.A.S.P.. W.A.S.P's debut album came two years after the band was formed. The Los Angeles based band was founded by lead singer, songwriter and bassist, Blackie Lawless. Blackie was a veteran of L.A. scene. Chris Holmes, who later became famous for his appearance in "Decline Of The Western Civilization II: The Metal Years", was the lead guitarist and rhythm guitarist along with Randy Piper. The drummer was Tony Richards. W.A.S.P. had become a target of the Parents Music Resource Center "PMRC" and their lead single "Animal (Fuck Like A Beast)" was taken off their debut album by their label for fear of backlash. The album featured hard rock, metal and shock rock as well. Blackie's trademark vocals and shock themes separated W.A.S.P. from a lot of the other L.A. bands. The band had a couple of videos as well to promote their shock rock image. The album made it to Number 74 on the US Billboard charts and went gold. The album was produced by Blackie Lawless and Mike Varney. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. They then rank the album and the album cover against the previous albums reviewed on the Album Review Crew. This was Shout It Out Loudcast's Patreon pick. This week Tom & Zeus review the 1984-1985 Animalize tour which was in support of their 12th studio album, Animalize. This is SIOL's 9th KISS tour reviewed. This tour followed the Lick It Up tour, which was their first non-makeup tour. Animalize was released on September 17, 1984 and the tour began on September 30, 1984 in England. This was a time when the band members were constantly changing. New guitarist, Mark St. John, who just replaced Vinnie Vincent as the lead guitarist, was having health issues with hand and was replaced by Bruce Kulick. During the tour, Mark ended up playing on only three dates and was eventually replaced by Bruce Kulick permanently. The stage was basic for KISS with animal print. The costumes were similar to the Lick It Up costumes but with animal print and Gene's wig! The setlist featured 6 of the 9 songs from Animalize at one point on the tour. The albums, Creatures Of The Night, Lick It Up and Animalize were emphasized. This was a time when KISS ACTUALLY changed the setlist. At least 11 of the songs on the End Of The Road setlist were NOT played during this tour. As usual, the guys breakdown the costumes, stage, set list and overall tour. They then rank the costumes, stage, set list and overall tour against the previous 8 tours reviewed so far. On the 56th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, author James Campion, review the 1977 legendary album by Rod Stewart, "Foot Loose & Fancy Free." "Foot Loose & Fancy Free" was Rod Stewart's eighth studio album. It continued Rod's 70's solo artist success. Rod's legendary vocals were in prime condition and he had tremendous band behind him. He had three guitarists, Gary Grainger, Jim Cregan and Billy Peek. His bassist was renowned session player Phil Chen. The keyboard player was Jon Barlow Jarvis and on the drums was the legendary Carmine Appice. This band could match up with any other band in the 1970's. The album featured three huge hits that have been in rotation on rock radio since the album was released, including "Hot Legs," "You're In My Heart (The Final Acclaim)" and "I Was Only Joking." Those three songs even had videos which were starting to become fashionable. The album also includes typical Rod Stewart ballads, some funk, some psychedelic rock, prog rock and more. The album made it to Number 2 on the US Billboard charts and has now gone 3X platinum. The album was produced by legendary Tom Dowd and was considered the last of his rocking 70's albums. This week Tom & Zeus review the 2005 KISS DVD, "Rock The Nation Live!" KISS' "Rock The Nation Live" DVD came out in 2005 and was a live concert video of two KISS concerts, one in Washington D.C. & the other in Virginia Beach performed on July 24 and July 25, respectively from the Rock The Nation tour. The DVD featured 20 songs and some bonus features and behind the scenes segments and something called KISS Powervision, which allowed you as the viewer to select a different camera angles, each focusing on a different member. The DVD was successful, like most KISS videos and went double platinum. On the 55th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, comedian and podcaster Don Jamieson, review the 1991 legendary album by Metallica, the self-titled album known as the "Black Album." The "Black Album" was Metallica's fifth studio album. It propelled Metallica from a small, but dedicated fan base to superstardom. Led by frontman, main lyricist and rhythm guitarist James Hetfied, polarizing drummer Lars Ulrich, guitarist extraordinaire Kirk Hammet and bassist Jason Newsted. The album features five singles including a couple ballads, which were unheard of previously and the now classic, Enter Sandman. Although they did have a video for the previous album's single, "One", Metallica really utilized MTV and the music video format to propel the "Black Album." The album made it to Number 1 on the US Billboard charts and has now gone 16X platinum, making it not only Metallica's biggest selling album, but one of the biggest selling album in history. The album was produced by Bob Rock and although it may have been a tumultuous relationship, which was documented, the result cannot be denied. This week Tom & Zeus review the 1983 pivotal album, "Lick It Up" This was KISS' 11th studio album and the 23rd KISS studio album reviewed by SIOL. Lick It Up was the first studio album from KISS without the makeup. Before the release, the band was on MTV and unmasked with MTV VJ the late great J.J. Jackson and premiered the video for Lick It Up. This was the first (and last) credited album with Vinnie Vincent as a member. First not to have Ace Frehley credited as a member. First KISS album without any outside songwriters credited on an album. The album was produced by Michael James Jackson, who had just produced the previous album, Creatures Of The Night and the four original tracks on the compilation Killers. This was a critical point in KISStory. The band taking off the makeup was a big gamble. However, Paul kept thinking the audience was listening to KISS with their eyes and they needed to make this change. Now without the makeup, KISS was competing with their contemporaries on a even playing field. How did they do? Well, the album brought them back to not just gold status, but platinum. The addition of Vinnie Vincent was a difference maker. His guitar playing was great, but the energy he brought with his songwriting was just so evident. He co-wrote 8 of the 10 songs on the album, including the legendary title track, Lick It Up. The guys discuss the album cover, the videos and make a few bold statements about the album and the band with Vinnie Vincent. As usual the guys breakdown and analyze the tracks and rank the songs SIOL style. As always, they then compare the album and album cover and rank it against the previous studio albums reviewed. Escape was Journey's first album with songwriter and keyboardist Jonathan Cain. Journey now featured their classic lineup, with legendary singer Steve Perry on vocals, Neal Schon on guitar, Ross Valory on bass, Steve Smith on drums and the previously mentioned Cain on keyboard who replaced founding member Gregg Rolie. Escape propelled Journey into superstardom with legendary tracks like, "Don't Stop Believin'", "Who's Crying Now" and the dictionary definition of a power ballad, "Open Arms." With the help of shows like The Sopranos, Glee and more the songs have been intertwined with pop culture. The album has gone diamond, selling over 10 million copies and the album made it to Number 1 on US Billboard album charts. The album was produced by Mike Stone and Kevin Elson and is Journey's most successful selling studio album. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. This week Tom & Zeus review the 1994 KISS tribute album, "KISS My Ass Classic KISS Regrooved." To coincide with KISS' 20th Anniversary, the band decided to organize a tribute album featuring today's hottest rock acts. Artists like Lenny Kravitz, Anthrax, Gin Blossoms and more interpreted classic KISS songs. KISS was even able to get the biggest act of the 1990's Garth Brooks to perform "Hard Luck Woman." Some artist were pretty straight forward with their covers, while others took big chances, like Toad The Wet Sprocket on "Rock And Roll All Nite", The Mighty Mighty Bosstones on "Detroit Rock City" and a supergroup made up of Tool, Rage Against The Machine and Faith No More called Shandi's Addiction with their version of "Calling Dr. Love." The guys breakdown the track selection and rank the songs and treat this like a compilation album, so they then rank the compilation album and cover versus the previous reviewed compilation albums. For it's 45th anniversary, Destroyer became the first KISS album to be given the Super Deluxe Box Set treatment.  Disc 4 of the Box set is a live album from the Destroyer tour on May 22, 1976 at the L'Olympia in Paris France. On the 53rd Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, rock journalist, author and fellow Pantheon podcaster, Martin Popoff review the 1981 rock album by Rainbow, "Difficult To Cure." Rainbow and was on its third incarnation by 1981. Rainbow was still led by one of the greatest guitarist of all time, Ritchie Blackmore. SIOL favorite Don Airey was still there on keyboards as was former bassist and chief lyricist, bassist Roger Glover. However, gone was drummer extraordinaire Cozy Powell and new singer Graham Bonnet, who only appeared on one album, the previously reviewed "Down To Earth", see Episode 25 of the Album Review Crew. Replacing Powell was American drummer, Bobby Rondinelli and replacing Bonnet, was another American, Joe Lynn Turner. JLT as he's known, gave Rainbow and even more commercial sound with his one of a kind melodic voice. Rainbow had come a long way from the Ronnie James Dio led Rainbow days. Ritchie wanted a more commercial band that could break through in America. Difficult To Cure's melodic sound was evident on the opening track, "I Surrender," another Russ Ballard song. The album featured a mixture of melodic, classical, hard rock and pop songs. There were two instrumental a signature of Ritchie Blackmore. The songs "Can't Happen Here" & "I Surrender" also received video plays, during the early days of MTV. The album was produced by Roger Glover and was the highest charting album in the UK for Rainbow and went Gold in the UK. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. This week Tom & Zeus discuss the 2017 "Gene Simmons Vault" When Gene Simmons announced he was releasing a $2,000.00 career retrospective called the Gene Simmons Vault, it made news. The Vault contains 11 discs of unreleased material from Gene Simmons from 1966 - 2016. There is over 150 unreleased songs in the Vault. The music comes on CDs in a safe like container with a Gene Simmons business man doll, a medallion, a gold plated label and an enormous gorgeous fact-filled book containing all the CDs. The original Vault came with the "Vault experience" in a city near you. Where you could bring a friend and meet Gene and mingle and he would sign your Vault. It also had a couple mystery items inside the Vault for each purchaser. After Covid and the End Of The Road Tour, the Vault Experience was not feasible and discontinued. The Vault itself can still be bought directly from Rhino records without the experience for $499.98. The Vault CDs alone was being sold for $79.98 and The Vault CDs with the doll and coin was being sold for $89.98 but those were both sold out quickly. This week Tom & Zeus review the 1975 KISS Dressed To Kill Tour. This is SIOL's 8th KISS tour reviewed. This was KISS' 4th tour and followed the Hotter Than Hell tour. It began as the Dressed To Kill album was released on March 19, 1975. The tour in support of KISS' third album featured new KISS classics, like C'mon And Love Me, She and of course, Rock And Roll All Nite. The band had still not broken through commercially, but was starting to take off live with its raw energy. KISS began as openers and eventually moved to headliners with opening acts like Rush. The stage was still in its infancy compared to what was to come in a few years. The costumes began similar to Hotter Than Hell and then morphed into what we see on the Alive tour and album cover. The setlist consisted of what would eventually become the ultimate classic live album, KISS Alive! As usual, the guys breakdown the costumes, stage, set list and overall tour. They then rank the costumes, stage, set list and overall tour against the previous 7 tours reviewed so far. On the 52nd Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest Fozzy frontman and current AEW FTW Champion, Chris Jericho, review the 1985 soundtrack for the movie, "Vision Quest." Vision Quest is the story of high school senior wrestler who wants to lose weight and get into a lower weight class just to battle a seemingly impossible foe. The movie which starred Matthew Modine and Linda Fiorentino was not a box office success, but has since become an 80's cult hit. Vision Quest is the rare movie which has been helped by it movie soundtrack. The soundtrack is filled with many successful 80's artist, including two songs from Madonna who was skyrocketing into superstardom at the time. Most of the artists, with the exception of Madonna and The Style Council, were hard rock acts, like Foreignor, Dio, Sammy Hagar and Journey. Other artist involved were Don Henley, Red Rider and John Waite. The album went platinum in the United States and made it to #30 on the US Billboard 200. Tracks like Only The Young, Hot Blooded, Hungry For Heaven and Lunatic Fringe as still found on classic rock stations this day. But it was the two songs including, Crazy For You, by Madonna that made this soundtrack become of the best and most popular of the 1980's. This week Tom & Zeus review the 1997 grunge influenced KISS album, "Carnival Of Souls: The Final Sessions" This was KISS' 17th studio album and the 22nd KISS studio album reviewed by SIOL. Carnival Of Souls is a very polarizing KISS album. The album was recorded with the Revenge era KISS lineup right before the KISS Reunion. However, it was not released immediately. Bootleg copies of the album were wildly circulated and the band then decided to release the album on October 28, 1997. The band did not promote the album, nor tour on the album. It also was deemed to be KISS trying to be grunge. The album was produced by Alice In Chains producer, Toby Wright. The songs were dark and heavy with a lot of grunge like qualities. This may have suited the Revenge era KISS, especially Gene Simmons, but not Paul Stanley. This ended up becoming the last non-makeup KISS album and the last album with Bruce Kulick as well. This is the only album to feature Bruce Kulick on lead vocals on a KISS song, the last track on the album, "I Walk Alone." As usual the guys breakdown and analyze the tracks and rank the songs SIOL style. As always, they then compare the album and album cover and rank it against the previous studio albums reviewed. On the 51st Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest Zach Throne from Corey Taylor's band and Bruce Kulick's band, review the 1981 legendary album from Ozzy Osbourne "Diary Of A Madman" Ozzy was one year removed from his incredible debut, Blizzard Of Ozz when he went back into the studio for his second solo studio album, Diary Of A Madman. Returning with Ozzy was the young guitar God, Randy Rhoads, Bob Daisley on bass and Lee Kerslake on drums. This lineup will only have two albums under their belt, but perhaps the two greatest hard rock albums back to back. Diary Of A Madman may have topped his debut album. Randy Rhoads groundbreaking guitar playing went to an even higher level. Bob Daisley's bass playing and incredible lyrics added to the growing mystique and image of Ozzy Osbourne. Lee Kerslake's drumming excellence is on full display on the beginning of the opening track, "Over The Mountain." Ozzy's vocals and delivery is at its peak throughout this album. His underrated and underappreciated singing was some of his best work ever. The album was one again produced by Max Norman, but along with Ozzy Osbourne, Randy Rhoads and Bob Daisley. The album went 3X platinum in the United States and made it to #16 on the US Billboard 200. It produced some of classic rock's greatest hits including "Flying High Again." The album is sadly the last album by this incredible unit and obviously Randy Rhoads last album ever. He passed away in a terrible plane crash during the Diary Of A Madman tour. A tragedy that robbed the world of one of the greatest guitar hero and by ALL accounts a beautiful human being. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. On the 50th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest Murph review the 1971 legendary album from the classic rock band The Who "Who's Next." The Who was already one the greatest rock bands of all time in 1971 when they began working on a new project from guitarist Pete Townshend, called "Lifehouse." The band scrapped the plan (with the help from their producer Glyn Johns) and decided to use their best songs for a new rock album. The result was their greatest album and one for the greatest rock albums of all time. The band was in their prime, led by main songwriter, guitarist and music genius Pete Townshend. Roger Daltrey was the prototype lead singer of the time, a good looking, charismatic frontman with incredible vocals. Bassist John Entwistle is considered by many as the greatest bass player of all time. Rounding out the lineup is one of rock music's most iconic character, the insane Keith Moon, who was just as good a drummer as he was a madman. The album was produced by the talented Glyn Johns and The Who. Who's Next boasts some of classic rock's greatest songs, including, Baba O'Riley, Bargain, Behind Blue Eyes and Won't Get Fooled Again. These songs and more are staples on classic rock stations. The album has gone triple platinum in the United States and is constantly on the greatest albums lists. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. They then rank the album and the album cover against the previous 48 albums reviewed on the Album Review Crew. On the 49th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & Sonny review the 1986 album from Swedish rock band Europe, "The Final Countdown." The Final Countdown was Europe's 3rd studio album. The album was their breakthrough that saw them obtain their greatest success. The album went up to number 8 on the US Billboard album charts and has gone triple platinum. Europe is led by lead singer and main songwriter, Joey Tempest. Who was the typical lead singer from the era, big voice and big hair. Lead guitarist John Norum was perhaps one of the most underrated guitarist of that era. Rounding out the bad was John Leven on bass, Mic Michaeli on keyboards and rocking the keytar at times and Ian Haugland on drums. The album was produced by Kevin Elson. The Final Countdown was one of the defining albums of the "Hair Metal" era. From the infamous keyboards of the title track, "The Final Countdown" to typical 80's ballad, "Carrie" and to the rockers, "Rock The Night" and "Cherokee" the album was catapulted to the top. With the help of MTV, their videos with arms raised in the desert, singing into ketchup bottles and more gave Europe a lot exposure. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. They then rank the album and the album cover against the previous 47 albums reviewed on the Album Review Crew. This week Tom & Zeus review the 2003 "World Domination Tour" which featured KISS & Aerosmith. This is SIOL's 7th KISS tour reviewed. This tour was unique because it featured two of the premier hard rock bands from the United States of all time. Both bands were huge in the 1970's and both had major comebacks, Aerosmith in the 1980's and KISS in the 1990's. The tour also was known for Aerosmith insisting that at least three original members of KISS be in the band. With Ace Frehley definitely out of the picture, the original catman, Peter Criss returned to join Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and the new spaceman, Tommy Thayer. The tour had KISS opening up and Aerosmith finishing. Some fans were disappointed because both legendary bands had to shorten their setlist too accommodate the other band. The band at this point was 5 years removed from their last album and would play a setlitst of mostly classic makeup hits. The tour was a success and Tom & Zeus did get to see the tour when they visited Mansfield, Massachusetts. As usual, the guys breakdown the costumes, stage, set list and overall tour. They then rank the costumes, stage, set list and overall tour against the previous 6 tours reviewed so far. This week Tom & Zeus review the 1979 polarizing KISS album, "Dynasty." This was KISS' 7th studio album and the 21st KISS studio album reviewed by SIOL. Dynasty was the first studio album since Love Gun in 1977. This was the longest time between studio albums for KISS. It was the last studio to feature all original members until Psycho Circus in 1998. The album was produced by Vini Poncia, who Peter Criss demanded and had previously produced Peter's 1978 solo album. The band was definitely changing. Super KISS had been formed. The band wore flashier outfits with capes and became more comic book-like. They experimented with more pop and yes, even disco, with their huge international smash, "I Was Made For Lovin' You, written with this new upcoming songwriter, Desmond Child. Producer Vini Poncia was instrumental in this new sound, however the band did write some of their best songs, like the brilliant, "Sure Know Something." Yes brilliant! However, this departure in sound and style alienated a lot of the KISS Army. The album also featured all four members sing at least on song, just as they did on Love Gun. However, this album featured Ace Frehley on three songs, by far his most. Gene Simmons only sang on only two. The album also featured ghost player, Anton Fig on drums. Peter Criss only played drums on his song, "Dirty Livin'." The album cover was the iconic photo of the four faces of the band. The inside photo of the band in black also became legendary. As usual the guys breakdown and analyze the tracks and rank the songs SIOL style. As always, they then compare the album and album cover and rank it against the previous studio albums reviewed. On the 48th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & Sonny review the 1981 classic album from Van Halen, "Fair Warning." Fair Warning was Van Halen's 4th studio album. The album continued to keep Van Halen as THE hard rock band of the era. The album went up to number 5 on the US Billboard album charts and has gone double platinum. Van Halen is led by perhaps the greatest guitar player of all time, Eddie (Edward) Van Halen. Not to be out done is the preeminent frontman of the 1980's, David Lee Roth. A rhythm section second to none, with Alex Van Halen and his signature drumming and the great Michael Anthony on bass and his acclaimed backing vocals. The album was produced by the legendary Van Halen producer, Ted Templeman. Fair Warning see Van Halen going a little darker than normal, from the album cover, to the opening track, like "Mean Street." The album features two of Van Halen's classic songs like "Unchained" and "So This Is Love?" and many beloved Van Halen deep cuts. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. They then rank the album and the album cover against the previous 46 albums reviewed on the Album Review Crew.
