In this podcast Kate chats with her great friend and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Patwant Rhodes. Their friendship (in this lifetime) began when Kate joined Patwant's yoga class....little did they both know how it would evolve and grow. During their conversation they discuss the important of a spiritual practice especially as we move into a new cycle of dramatic shifts and change.
