Do you know what power is? Where is it in you and how do you share this with the world? Traditionally women's voices and power has been relagated to the energy of "passive or recptive action" Although there has been change in our view of womens power we continue to feel disminished in our personal and public lives. Why is this. This week the Spirit Sisters exmaine and explore the idea of womens power and our relationship to ourselves. We will create sacred space, talk abouat the Goddess of the Week and unpack the idea of Power and spirituality. Come join us for this adventure. See you there!

As we manifest our dreams, and respond to the changes in our lives we will utimately face times when we must "wait" for the next step. We have been taught to fear that waiting period, to fear the changes that may take place which often are out of our control. But actually this is the place on the Wheel of Life or Medicine wheel that is insdie the centre often called the Void because it is the place of darkness. In other words the place of the unknown where we are the most uncertain. Rather than fear this place the Spirit Sisters this week will help you understand the Void and its place in creation. We will tak about the Goddess of the week, what the teachings are about the centre, and apply the Law of Repulsion/Attraction to help you increase your energy and manifest your dreams. The Spirit Sisters open Sacred space as they explore the power of the East, fire, passion and action their relationship to the 7 Spiritual Laws of Success during times of chaos and change. We will discuss how personal and global transformation can be navigated as you connect to your centre and apply this connect to the Divine using the 7 sacred universal laws of success. In essence this is a creational process based within the power of love and spirit rather than within the place of fear and ego or the mind. We share the Goddess of the week, the book of the week and even a poem from Rumi and as we share our lived experience with transformational chaos. Come join us to find new ways of moving through times of uncertainity and the potential that resides within this space.

This week the Spirit Sistrs explore change, the elements,power and energies of the North and our connection to the Divine Feminine. During this time of monumental change we are being challenged to re-examine our lives and release what no longer serves us. We are summoned to shift our consciousness, let go of old expectations and beliefs and engage the capcity to move through this transition without resistance into divine grace. This is not a time of "thinking" our way through. Rather it is a time of great surrender, of deep letting go fo what was. It is a time of finding the courage to release the greif of our losses and open to what is possible in this new paradigm while acknolwedging our fear of the unknown. It is a time to move into the eveolutionary transformation that we find ourselves facing. We are being presented with the opportunity to align now to Spirit during this great shift, For this is the place of our true knolwedge and conncetion to all things. It is here that we claim our wisdom, deep within the body aligning to the power of the universal wisdom that resides within the North. We invite you this week to come with us into the arms of the Great Goddess, the Great Mother and our Sisterhood circle and move into the universal truth as we explore the North together, The Great Mother beckons us into the centre of creation and the joyful chaos of new life. The dark night of the soul is state that we must pass through as we reclaim from losted fragmented aspect of ourselves into our Soul Self or our authentic Self. This week the Spirit Sisters will explore the signs and symptoms of the dark night of the soul, share thier personal stories, offer guidance on how to navigate this important sacred transformation. Although the dark night of the soul can feel isolating and scary as you align with the powers of the West and move into Grandmother Earth through ritual, self relection and receptivity. The West's power of death and rebirth can be tools to navigate this great change and reclaim the fragmented parts of your true self into this embodied reality and your best life.

The Spirit Sisters explore the four directions, elements, powers and the lost form of prayer. In this episode we discuss how to connect with your embodieded wisdom through the elements of the South, the cycles of nature and merge with the powers of Granmother Earth. As you learn about and align with the energies of the South through the element of water,prayer and intentions you activate your authentic self and live your best life. Dreaming is a universal experience The Spirit Sisters are delving into the world of dreaming and how we can conciously use them for guidance,healing,spirituality and magic. First we open sacred space using a guided meditation, using personal stories, the book and Goddess of the week information Shauna and Debbie will take us on a journey of subconcious and the realms of higher wisdom in the dream world. The Spirit Sisters will help you remember and interpert your dreams-hope you can join us for a "dreamy" hours of insight and fun.

Intro/Welcome for our third show: Empty Holidays: Reclaiming the Joy Sacred Space meditation to open the circle. Book of the week with Debbie (might be a video/movie too!) Goddess of the week with Shauna. The holidays can be full of obligation, consumerism and stress.  For some it is a sad reminder of loss or a sense of percieved failure.  Many families are not close and so the ideals of the seasons are felt to be lacking.  Travelling through our seven main energy centers known as "chakras", the Spirit Sisters will guide you on how to create rituals and set intention for joy.   Shauna and Debbie will also briefly explore some lesser known back stories of the Christmas season.  For example: What does bringing a tree inside the house have to do with the birth of Jesus? And how does a Shamanic tradition connect with Santa? How did the tradition of Christmas lights begin?   The hope is once you hear some of the full story you may have a whole new outlook on the Holiday season and apply some new personal rituals of your own you will find joy in the holidays again! The Spirit Sisters-Shauna and Debbie help demystify the often confusing experience of receiving a message that appears to come from an unknown source.  Was it Spirit or your imagination? After our brief introduction and welcome we will open Sacred Space with a short meditation led by Shauna. Debbie will share the topic and the book of the week that may help clarify some points that come up. Shauna will introduce the Goddess of the week that connects to Spirit communication. We will both dive into this rich topic by talking about what we specifically mean when we say "Spirit" IE who is this message potentially from? We will discuss the many ways Spirits connect by reviewing the Universality of all these messages and how they differ from something that comes from imagination or a mind that may be not in balance and needing therapuetic intervention. Then the how: what senses are commonly engaged when a message is received and how do they come through? What is the tone/intent of a true Spirit Message? What is the true purpose of a Spirit Message? Shauna and Debbie will each tell of powerful SM they recieved and how they were shifted to a new consciousness as a result Shauna will share some easy techniques for grounding and clearing if you want more messages to come through.   Debbie will close the sacred space.
